Two fools in love

2 month check up!

**December 11th-8 weeks old**
Danny takes a shower and Jessica feeds the baby,
"Eat up my precious baby girl! The more you drink the more I shrink! Haha thanks to you Gabriella I'm back to my pre-pregnancy weight, so thank you little one!" She says smiling at her and playing with her hand while she's nursing.

Danny gets out and is dressed, "When she's finished babydoll, I'll change her so you can get ready."
"Alright thanks Danny." She says with a smile.
"I feel bad... She's probably gonna need shots today!" Jessica says with a sad face, not wanting to take her to her 8 week check up.
"Aw I know, but she'll be fine babydoll!"
Jessica looks down at her with sadness in her eyes and says, "I know, I just don't want my baby to be in pain!"
"Neither do I baby, but she's like her momma and she'll take it like a champ." He says making her crack a smile.

Once everyone's ready, they feed Lola and head to Gabby's Doctors appointment.

While sitting in in the back with Gabby, Jessica rubs her hand on her and says, "You're gonna be okay baby, Mommy's sorry if they poke you but it'll only hurt for a little while. I promise!" She says then adds, "Pinky promise!" With a sweet smile, giggle and nose crinkle while giving Gabby her pinky finger to hold.
"You're so cute babydoll!" Danny says from the front seat.
Jessica looks up at him thru the rearview mirror and smiles at him.

They sign in and wait for their name to be called, Jessica holds Gabby and plays with her. "Hi pretty girl! It's momma, can you smile for momma?" She says in a baby voice and makes funny faces at her.
Gabriella starts to smile and Jessica giggles and says, "There's your pretty smile!"
Gabby grabs ahold of Jessica's hair and moves her arms around, pulling her hair.
"Ow!" She lets out while Danny just stares and laughs.
"Danny! Stop laughing and help me!"
"Okay, but look how happy it makes her! She's so cute!" He laughs.
"Alright well then we'll see how cute you think she looks when I give her your hair!"
He laughs and says, "Alright, I'll help!... Man she has quite a grip on you, doesn't she?"
"She does, and it's hurting me! Gabby let go of Mommy's hair please!" She says as other people stare and chuckle at them.
"Gabriella?" They call them back and weigh and measure her.

When the doctor comes in she says, "Hello Mr. And Mrs. Huston! And hello Gabriella!" She smiles.
"Hello Dr. Radney." They say with a smile.
She holds Gabby and puts her on the table, she checks to make sure she is growing well and all that other good stuff.
She carries Gabriella and says, "Alright mommy and daddy, everything looks good, she's growing perfectly!"
"Yay!" Jessica says with a big smile while Danny says, "That's great!" With a smile and puts his hand on Jessica's knee as they smile at each other.
"Now here's the not so fun part..." She says as Jessica gets a sad look on her face and asks, "Shots?"
"Yes... 5."
"FIVE?!" Jessica asks.
"Why so many?" Danny asks.
She explains all of them why she needs them, then sends in the nurse that will be giving her the shots.
Jessica sits on the table and holds her, she kisses her cheek and says, "You're okay baby, you're gonna take it like a big girl! Just like your momma." She holds her while they do the first one and Gabby doesn't scream, she just pouts her lips and looks hurt.
"Aw baby, I'm sorry!" Jessica says with a hurt voice.
The second one she lets out a tear. "She's so brave!" Danny says proud. "And her pouty face is just like yours, babe!" He adds with a smile.
"She sure is! And yeah, ha it is!" Jessica says while her eyes fill with tears watching her baby being hurt.
The third shot she lets out a little cry and by the fifth Gabriella and Jessica are both crying.
After she's all finished Jessica holds her tight and says with tears coming down her face, "It's over, you did so good!" The more she talks and holds her close, the more she calms down.
Before the nurse leaves she says, "Don't worry, usually it's harder on the mom than it is on the baby!" An taps her shoulder.
Jessica thanks her, then feeds Gabriella, "There you go baby! All better!"
Danny watches them and smiles, she looks up at him and asks, "What?" With a smile.
"I just love y'all so much! And the way you are with her Jessie... It's so natural for you, you're such a great mom Jessica!"
"Aw thank you Danny, and I love you too!"

They head out and Gabriella falls right to sleep when they get in the car.
