Everything's gonna be okay..

Dorothy and Albert's POV...

Once they left the restaurant, Dorothy went off on him.
"How in the world could I have let you make me think that was right to treat our daughter that way?!" She cries.
"What?! Dorothy, don't blame this all on me, you weren't the worlds greatest parent either."
"I know that, and I will never EVER forgive myself for it. But dammit!  All those years that we missed out because of what we did.. SHE'S OUR DAUGHTER ALBERT!  My baby got married and had two beautiful babies of her own, and we missed it! We missed it, you asshole!" She cries and hits him on the arm.
"I know that! But there is nothing we can do about it now!"
"You just don't seem like you're as sorry about all this as I am."
"Of course I'm sorry about it! I deserve to die for the way I treated her.. But no matter how much I wish I could change the past... I can't."
"Well I don't know about you, but I will never let anything come between me and my daughter ever again!  I will love her more and more each day until the day that I leave this world."
"I know you will.. I love her too, you know?"
"Yeah I do.. but... you know what?  I.. I just can't look at you right now.. I can't talk to you.. You make me sick."
"Why are you being like this all of a sudden?"
"Because I'm mad... I'm mad at what you did and how you made me think it was all okay.. I know I'm at fault as well, but I apparently didn't have a mind of my own to say anything about it. You make me fucking sick..."
"I'm not like that anymore!"
"I know that.. But right now I feel as though it's just happened.  I'm mad at myself for being so fucking stupid, and I just need time to myself... I need time to just be by myself and think.. I know Jessica forgave us, but I haven't forgiven myself.. or you..." She says as a tear rolls down her face.

14 weeks pregnant.
Jessica woke up extremely emotional.
"Danny how is my baby three in five days?"  She cries and lays on his chest.
"I know.. It seems like a blink of an eye." Danny rubs her back.
"I mean, she's not a baby anymore!  I want her to need me!" She sobs.
"She does need you, baby!"
"No she doesn't!" She cries harder.
"Jessica, calm down sweetie!  Yes she does.. She'll always need her momma."
"But she's not a baby anymore!"
"But she'll always be your baby." He kisses the top of her head.

"Mommy!  I need you!  I went potty in the toilet, come help me!" Gabriella yells out.
Danny laughs and says, "See, she does need you!" He looks down at her.
"Yeah.." She smiles at him then says, "I'm coming baby!" She runs to her.

After that, she took Gabriella into her room to talk to her while she changed.
"Baby, you know what's coming up?"
"Yeah.. Lunch!" Gabriella smiles.
"Well yes, but that's not what I'm talking about!" She laughs.
"Your birthday!  It's almost my baby's birthday!" She smiles.
"Yeah!"
"Do you know how old you're gonna be?"
"Three!" She yells in a cute voice as she holds her fingers up.
"Good girl!"
"I smart!" Gabriella points to herself.
"Yes you are!  Can you count to three with mommy?"
"One.. Two.. Three!" They both say together.
"Yay!  Good job!" Jessica high fives her.

She stands up and changes into a tank top and leggings.
"Mommy, your tummy's growing!"
"I know!" She smiles and rubs her stomach.
"Do you know why?"
"Because there's a baby in there, silly!" Gabriella giggles.
Jessica laughs and kneels down in front of the bed where she's sitting.
"Mommy?"
"What baby?"
"When I was in your tummy, did you love me?"
"Of course I did Gabby!  I have loved you since they told me I was pregnant!  Why would you ask that?"
"I don't know!" She laughs.
"Well I did!  As soon as I saw your little peanut body on the ultrasound, I knew you'd be my most beautiful creation I'd ever make.  I felt that way with your brother, and with this baby." She smiles down and rests her hand on her belly.
"Oh!  Mommy?"
"Yes, baby?"
"I wanna kiss the baby."
"Okay, you can kiss the baby." Jessica smiles and gets on the bed beside her.
"Pull this up!" She yanks on Jessica's top.
Jessica laughs and holds her shirt up.
"Poke poke poke!" Gabriella giggles as she pokes Jessica's belly with her finger.
"You're so silly!"
"Muah!" She kisses her.
"Awe, so sweet!"
"Now you kiss my baby!" She lifts her shirt.
"Let me kiss your baby!" Jessica smiles and grabs Gabriella.
She lays her down then kisses and tickles her stomach.
"Mommy!  No stop it!" She laughs uncontrollably.

Later that day...

"Momma.. Momma.. Momma.." Isaiah said over and over again as he walked around.
"I think that's the only word he knows." Danny laughs.
"Momma num nums?"
"Oh wait I was wrong!  Man!  How could I forget his second favorite word?!"
Jessica laughs and picks Isaiah up.
"You don't want real food?  You had some nice solid food for breakfast.."
"No, I want my num nums." He pulls at her shirt.
"Alright, my big baby!" She laughs and sits on the couch to feed him.

"This boy can't just sit down and eat, he has to suck me dry while climbing on top of everything!"
"I know!  He's like a monkey!" Danny laughs.

Once he's finished eating, Jessica says, "Gabby come over here.. Danny, sit with me.. I'm gonna tell them about you know who.."
Danny sits beside her and puts Gabriella on his lap.
"Baby.. there's something I want to talk to you about.  We never talk about it, but mommy... Ugh God, how do I even bring this up?!" She looks at Danny.
"Gabby.. Mommy, like everyone else has a mommy and daddy."
"She does?" Gabriella looks confused.
"Yes, and we saw them the other day."
"Gabby, it's a very complicated story that you won't understand, but ... They are your grandparents.."
"What's that?"
When Jessica heard her ask that, her heart broke.  She was upset that Gabriella and Isaiah haven't had their grandparents like most children do.
"Well grandma would be mommy's mommy and her daddy is grandpa." Danny said.
"Oh!"
"Yeah.. and they want to meet you!" Isn't that cool?"
"Yeah... Will they buy me presents?" She smiles.
"Gabby, I don't know!" Jessica chuckles.
"Do you have any other questions.. besides if they're gonna buy you presents?" She laughs.
"What they look like?"
"I'll show you a picture in a little while.  You go play with Lola." Jessica says as she tears up.
"Okay!" She smiles and hops off of Danny's leg.

Jessica puts her head in her hand and cries.
Danny scoots closer to her and puts his arm around her, "I don't know why I'm crying.. It's just emotional for me."
"I know.  You don't have to give me a reason.. Just let it out." He pulls her to his chest.
He kisses the top of her head and cuddles her while she cries.
Isaiah sees that she's crying and makes sad faces.
His little lip quivers as he gently touches her arm.
"Mommy..." He says in his little shaky voice.
"Awe, baby mommy's okay." She gives him a smile as tears roll down her face.
"Mommy don't!" He cries and touches her face, trying to wipe the tears from her cheeks.
"Oh my baby, it's okay!  Don't cry." She holds him and gives him a kiss.
"He doesn't like seeing his mommy cry.  Just forget about all those horrible memories and be happy.  You're pregnant... You have two beautiful kids and another on the way.. You have a wonderful life.. Don't be so sad." Danny wipes her tears.
"You forgot to say that I have the most amazing husband in the world." She gives him a small smile.
"Well yes, that to!" He smirks, making her laugh.
"I love you, Babydoll." He smiles.
"I love you too, Danny." She says seconds before their lips touch.
"Everything's gonna be okay.." He says in a calming voice as she lays her head on his chest.
