Two fools in love

The Nutcracker.

The next morning While Jessica's feeding Isaiah, Danny gets Gabriella bathed.
She walks into the bathroom just as Danny was about to brush her curls.
"You don't brush curls, Daniel!" She looks at him with wide eyes.
He looks at her like a confused child.
"Here, you take the baby and I'll finish her.  Thank you for getting her ready though!" She smiles at him.

Jessica did her hair in two cute little pigtails then got herself ready while Danny made breakfast.

They head to Gabriella's dance class and on the way Gabriella couldn't stop talking about how she wants to be in the Nutcracker.
"Mommy I be a big girl in the Nutcracker."
"That's good Gabby!  When you get older you can be in the Nutcracker."
"No I big now!"
"I know, but you have to be really big!"
"I really really big!" Gabriella says making Jessica laugh.

Danny walks into the studio with the carrier and Jessica holds Gabriella's hand.
The teacher calls them to the back and Gabriella grabs her bag from Jessica, "Give mommy a kiss, baby."
"I late mommy!" She nods her head and a look of panic appears on her face.
"No you're not late, sweetie." She laughs and hurries up and kisses her before she takes off.

Danny and Jessica sit and watch Gabriella on the screen while Isaiah sleeps in the carrier.
"Look at her!" Jessica smiles.
"She's on her little tip toes! Know know she's the best one, Jessie."
"Shhhh!" She hits his arm and looks around.
"You're gonna make the other parents feel bad because their daughters aren't as good as ours!" She says quietly with a giggle.
Danny laughs and playfully elbows her arm.

Danny wraps his arm around her and says, "This is nice!"
"What?" She looks up at him.
"Having a little alone time with you." He pats her side.
"It is, isn't it?" She smiles.
"Jessica, we need to have a date night. I know we've had a night to ourselves but I wanna take you on a date."
"I'd like that Mr. Huston." She lays her head on him just as Isaiah wakes up crying for Jessica.

They both laugh at their alone time being cut short.
"Times up!" Jessica pats his chest and smiles.

She bends over to pick him up and in a baby voice, she says, "Oh come here, my baby boy! Are you crying for your momma? Huh? Are you crying for your momma?!"
She kisses his head then asks Danny, "Can you hand me my nursing cover from the diaper bag, please?"
He wraps his arms around her and clips it, "Thank you!" She smiles and takes her boob out.

Isaiah immediately starts grabbing her boob and pulling it towards him, "Watch it! I'm coming!" She says moving her hair out of her way.
"Jesus, this boy!" She scoffs.
Danny lifts the corner to look in and says with a smirk, "That's my boy!"
"Shut up, stupid!" She hits his arm.

When she burps him, one of the other dance moms says, "He's so adorable!  How many months is he?"
Jessica thinks about the date then looks at Danny and says, "He's six months today!"
"That's right!" Danny's eyes widen.
"Oh my gosh, I've been so busy with the babies that I didn't realize what day it was!"
She kisses his head.
The other mom says, "Six months?  Wow!  He's a big boy!"
"Yes he is!" She smiles.
"And he was a premie!" Danny says with a proud smile.
"What?!  How early did he come?"
"Five weeks." Jessica smiles.
"And he was 8 pounds 5 ounces." Danny adds.
"What?! Are you kidding me?! That is crazy! Well then I bet you're glad that he came early, right?!" She laughs.
"Oh definitely!"
"My Jessie was amazing! She had him in the middle of an island!" He wraps his arm around her and shakes her.
"Danny!"
"An island?!"
"Yeah it's a long story!" She laughs and rolls her eyes.

When Gabriella gets out of class she runs to Danny and says, "Daddy I gonna be in the Nutcracker!" She jumps on him.
"You are!" He lifts her up.
Her teacher comes out to talk to the parents.
