Two fools in love

Texas, here we come!

March 27th.

Danny loads up the van and Jessica packs some snacks.
"Mommy I want goldfish!"
"I have it packed, baby girl."
I wants cookies!"
"In the bag."
"I want Cheetos!"
"Damn Gabriella!"
"They in the bag?"
"Yes, Gabby... They're in the bag." She calmly says.
"Okay, how bout Twinkies?"
"Gabby, Texas is not that far, how many snacks do you need?" She laughs.
"I hungry mommy!"
"Alright baby, I'll grab the Twinkies."

Isaiah starts crying so Jessica picks him up and he stops.
"Isaiah, mommy's busy!" She kisses him and rubs his back.
"Why don't you play with your sister?" She puts him down and he looks up at Jessica with big watery eyes and quivering lips.
"Don't look at me like that!"
He lets out a loud cry like he's so hurt.
"Mommy why he's crying?" Gabriella asks.
"He wants momma."
"Zaya don't cry!  She's right there!" Gabriella rubs his back and scoots closer to him.
Isaiah looks at Gabriella with tears pouring down his face and lays his head on her lap.
"Don't cry, don't cry.. You okay baby boy." She pats him and kisses his head.

Jessica watches with tears in her eyes and a smile on her face.
Danny walks in and starts talking, "Shhh!!  Look at them!" She points.
"Awe.  So sweet!"
"He's crying because I can't hold him right now so Gabriella was comforting him and he laid on her lap, and now I can't stop crying!"
"Aw, we're raising them right, babe!" He smiles and holds his arms around her.

"Alright, who's ready to get on the road?!" Jessica walks in.
"Me!" Gabriella yells and lifts her hands.
"Zaya we going, let's go!" She holds his hand.
"I got him baby, thank you!" Jessica smiles and picks him up.
"Here's your momma, baby boy!  I'm back!" She smiles.
He giggles and she says, "You love your momma, don't you?  Don't you?!" She smiles big. 
"Ma.. Ma!" He says with a huge smile.
"*Gasp* Did you hear that?  Oh my God!"
"I did!" Danny smiles.
"Zaya said momma!" Gabriella yells and jumps up and down.
"My baby boy just said his first word and it was momma!" She smiles at him.
She kisses his cheeks and holds him tight as he giggles and says, "Mama!  Mama!  Mama!"
"Oh my goodness you have the cutest little voice!" She says in tears.

They get in the car and Danny says, "Alright Huston's.. Next stop, HOUSTON!"
"Ah that's so cute!" Jessica smiles and giggles.
"They that's my name!" Gabriella yells.
"Yes it is baby!" Jessica laughs.
"Texas, here we come!" Danny starts to drive.

While on the road Isaiah gets fussy.
"I think he's hungry, will you pull over so I can feed him, please?"
"Sure."

Danny pulls over and Jessica goes to the back.
"Here you go, baby boy!" She sticks her nipple in his mouth.
He grabs her boob like a bottle and drinks like there's no tomorrow.
"You can drive babe, we're all set."
"Alright, hang onto your nipples!" Danny says as he takes off.
"Daniel!" She laughs and throws the baby's toy at him.

"Gabby, you hungry baby?"
"Yes mommy!"
"You want your goldfish?"
"Mhm!" She smiles.

Jessica hands her the goldfish and asks, "You have your sippy cup?"
"Yes, I got my apple juice!" She holds it up.
"Alright, baby." She smiles at her.

"Ouch!" Jessica yells.
"What happened?" Danny asks.
"He bit me!"
"Ouch!"
"Yeah!  Zaya don't bite mommy, that hurts!" She tells him as he laughs.
"No.  It isn't funny, Isaiah!  You almost bit momma's nipple off!"
Gabriella starts cracking up and Jessica says, "What are you laughing at?  You see this scar?  That's because of you!" She points to a scar on her nipple.
"I didn't bite that!" She lifts her hand.
"Yes you did and it hurt!"
"Oppsie!" She giggles and covers her mouth.

An hour later Jessica is back up in the front and Gabriella is watching Frozen in her DVD player.
"LET IT GO!  LET IT GO! *Mumbling* IT BACK ANYMORE!  LET IT GO!  LET IT GOOOO!" She sings loud as Isaiah just stares at her with wide eyes.

"I don't care
What they're going to say
Let the storm rage on,
The cold never bothered me anyway!" Danny and Jessica sing along with her.

"Look at us!  We can start a band!" Danny says making Jessica laugh.

They have about an hour left and surprisingly no one has slept.

"Mama!  Mama!  Mama!  Mama!" Was all Isaiah kept says, over and over and over!

"Zaya, please go night nights!" Gabriella tells him.
"Hah!  Is he bothering you, baby?" Jessica asks.
"Yeah!" She whines.
"Mama!"
"What baby?" Jessica says in a cute voice.
"That's all he knows how to say!" Gabriella tells her.
"Well that's how you were when you were a baby!"
Gabriella sighs and looks out the window.
"I know more words." She mumbles under her breath.
"I know, Princess but this is the first time he's ever done it!  We got excited when you said your first word too!  Dad has a video, we'll watch it later okay?"
"Okay!" She gets excited.
