Dress Shopping

A week later.

The dryer was broken and Danny said he would fix it but hasn't, so Jessica had to hang all of the clothes to dry outside.
She carries the heavy laundry basket outside and throws it down then sighs and puts her hand on her stomach.
"Ah, I'm getting too big for this!"

Danny walks by and sees her reaching to hang the clothes.

"Jessica!  What are you doing?!"
"Uh, hanging clothes up since you didn't let me call the repair man!"
"I can fix it Jess."
"Yeah well you haven't!" She says irritated.
"I promise I'll fix it, but Jess baby you can't reach to high things, you're gonna hurt yourself."
"I'm fine." She continues to hang clothes.
"This damn things too high!" She says going up on her tip toes.
"Jessica stop!" He grabs her waist and pulls her back.
"Damnit Danny!  What?!" She yells.
"You are going to hurt yourself, so stop being so stubborn and let me do it!" He snatches the clothes from her.
She gives him a look then walks off.

They sit down to breakfast and Danny asks,
"So are you taking Gabriella with you to try on dresses?"
"I have to, she trying on her flower girl dress on today!" Jessica smiles at Gabriella.
"She's gonna be adorable!" He smiles then adds, "So you won't mind if I go somewhere then?"
"No, but I thought you were gonna fix the dryer!  It hasn't been working for a week, you told me you'd fix it!"
"I will, but I wanna go golfing."
"Nevermind!  I'll just call someone to fix it.. Like I wanted to in the first place."
"Jessica I'll do it, I just want one day to do whatever I want."
"Fine." She rolls her eyes.
"No it's not fine, you're mad."
"I'm not mad." She says giving Gabriella some of her food.

She finishes eating then takes Gabriella and heads to the bridal shop.

She takes Gabby out of the car, locks the door then throws the keys in her bag.
"Are you ready to try on dresses for auntie Sarah and uncle Evan's wedding?" She smiles as her.
"Yeah!"

They walk in and the receptionist leads them to where everyone else is.
"Hey guys!" Jessica walks in.
"Hey guysh!" Gabriella says in a baby voice and waves.
"Hey!" Sarah runs over, takes Gabby and hugs Jessica, "Sorry I'm late, but I left late!" She laughs.
"No don't worry about it, we're just starting. I've picked out a few dresses I like so if you're ready you and Gabby can go try some on." She smiles.
"Alright, let's go Gabby!" Jessica says.
Sarah puts her down, Jessica takes her hand and they go into the dressing room.

Jessica tries to take Gabriella's clothes of but Gabby hits her hand and says, "No I do it myself!"
"Okay you can do it, but can momma help?"
"No! I do it!"
"Fine but when mommy's dressed I'm helping you, okay?"
Gabriella ignores her and tries taking her shirt off.

Jessica takes her sundress off and Gabriella looks up at her big round belly.
"Woah! Mommas big!" She points and giggles.
"Hana very funny!" Jessica laughs and bends over to tap her in the head with her stomach.
"Hey!" Gabby puckers her lips, "Don't do that!" She points her little finger at her.
"Oh calm down, little drama queen!" She laughs.

After they both change Jessica looks at Gabriella and says, "Oh look at my pretty pretty princess!"
Gabriella looks at herself in the mirror and smiles.
Jessica opens the door and everyone goes crazy.
"Oh my gosh, you're so adorable!" Angela says as Gabriella walks out with a huge smile on her face.
"She's a mess!" Jessica chuckles.
"And Jessica, look at you!" Angela adds.
"You're so cute!" Sarah says in a high pitched voice.
"That baby bump only adds to it!" She rubs her belly.
"Hah! Thanks Sarah."
"Now everyone stand together, I wanna get the full picture!"

"Oh my gosh, yes! It's perfect, y'all look gorgeous!" Sarah says looking at everyone in their dresses.

They try a few more on, "Uh Sarah.." Jessica sticks her head out the door and calls her.
"Yeah Jess?"
"I don't think you want me to calm out in this dress."
"Why?" Sarah laughs.
"Because I look like a pig in a blanket."
"Oh Jess I'm sure it's not that bad!"
"Come on out, Jess! We wanna see!" Kathy yells.

She slowly opens the door and walks out with her head down.
"Oh!" Kathy says surprised.
"See Jess.. It's not.. It's not so bad." She tries not to laugh at the fact that the dress is so tight around her belly that it looks like it's about to rip.
"Not that bad? I can't even breathe!" She yells.
"Jessica, I love you.. But.. How the hell did you get that on?" Angela asks.
"Angela, shut the fuck up!" She laughs then adds, "I'm very bendy!" She smirks.
"And that would explain this.." Sarah rubs her stomach making them laugh.
"Sarah!" Jessica laughs.

"Alright, I've made my decision.. I want the first dresses y'all tried on!"
Jessica chuckles and says, "I wish you would have told me before I squeezed my fat ass into this fucking dress!"
"I'm sorry!" She laughs.
Jessica laughs and says, "It's fine."

She goes to the dressing room.
Sarah hears a ripping sound, "Jess, you okay?"
"Uh.. I think I just bought this dress." She says in a low voice.
Sarah cracks up and say, "Aw poor Jess! You need help?"
"No, it's easier to get off now." She laughs.

After she changes she tells Gabriella, "Come on Gabby, it's time to get dressed."
"No!" She runs away from her.
"Gabby stop, you need to change."
"No!" She yells.
"Oohh, Ms. Sass over here!" Kathy says.
"Gabriella, do you want a spanking?" Jessica asks her.
"No." She nods her head.
"Then get over here." She points to the dressing room.
"Noooo!" She whines and throws herself down on the ground then cries.
"Oh god." Jessica sighs then walks over and takes her into the dressing room.

When they come out Gabriella has a pouty face on with red puffy eyes from crying.
"Aw poor baby! You didn't spank her, did you?" Sarah asks.
"No, she's never been spanked. We just threaten her." She laughs.

After they leave, they head over to get something to eat.
Jessica sends a text to Danny that says,

"I'm sorry. Go out, have fun and don't let me make you feel guilty." Along with a picture of Gabriella in her flower girl dress.

She puts her phone down and sighs.
"What wrong, Jess?"
"Nothing just.. Danny and I had a fight."
"What? I thought you two never fought!" Angela says.
"Well we're only human, of course we fight." She says stirring her water with her straw.
"It's just stupid stuff, it's my fault though. I just can't control what comes out of my mouth and I hate it."
"Aw." Sarah rubs her shoulder.
Jessica lays her head on Sarah and says, "I'm just stressed, and I know I should relax because being stressed isn't good for the baby but.. I'm just overwhelmed with everything right now and I'm freaking out about every little thing." She starts to cry.
"Aw don't cry Jess, it'll all work out in the end." Sarah tells her.

After they finish eating Jessica gets her and Gabriella into the car and calls Danny.

"Hey you've reached Danny, I'm not able to come to the phone right now... Probably because I'm with my amazing and sexy new wife!" She gets Danny's voicemail then hears herself in the background, "Haha Danny, what are you saying?!" "Just that you're sexy, anyways.. Leave a message, bye!" She hangs up and starts to cry.
"Why didn't he answer me? He never misses my phone calls."

She calms down and drives out of the parking lot.

As she drives, she has so much on her mind that she didn't notice that a huge truck passed a red light and ran right into her car.

Sarah's POV.

*Gasp* "Oh god, someone just got hit! That looks like Jessica's car... Oh my gosh... Jessica!" She yells.
