It had to wait.

All of it.

Family problems, crush problems, whispers in her head problems.

Everything would have to wait until Sirius Black was caught.

It was all Bel had been thinking about for the past two weeks.

The entire school had been doing the same thing too.

Word had travelled like wildfire once the Gryffindors had all been let back into their common room.

Theories had started as to how Sirius Black had gotten in.

Riley believed he could shapeshift into a flowering shrub.

Bel herself didn't care how he did it, only that he had done it at all.

And because he had, Bel's duties around the school had tripled.

She now had to patrol the corridors at night twice a week instead of the usual prefects who did the job as it was too dangerous for them.

She had also been told to keep a very close eye on Harry, as was the rest of the staff.

Bel didn't need to be told at all, really.

She wasn't planning on letting Harry out of her sight.

Harry himself had also decided not to let Bel out of his sight.

The two were always sat beside each other at each given opportunity, making sure that they had the others back.

Hermione and Ron had been filled in on everything to do with Bel through Harry. She had given him permission to do so as she really didn't want to go through that same conversation about everything again.

The two had agreed that Bel had far too much on her plate and promised to keep an eye on him during meals and at night when they all went to bed to help quell her nerves.

However, all of this only made Riley, Ollie, and Tia tease Bel more than ever.

But as she said, it would have to wait.

The only way Bel got them to shut up was by claiming Riley and Ollie would make a cute couple as well as Tia and Pansy Parkinson.

The three of them stopped bringing up herself and Harry at that point.

Which helped Bel to put it out of her mind.

The other thing that helped was the fast approaching first quidditch match of the season.

It was supposed to be Gryffindor vs Slytherin, but it had been changed.

Now, Hufflepuff was playing Gryffindor.

There were two reasons for this.

The first being Slytherin claimed their seeker still had a 'bad arm' despite Malfoy's run in with Buckbeak being months ago.

The second was because Professor McGonagall wasn't totally on board with Harry playing quidditch at all given the current situation.

Against Hufflepuff, Bel would be on the pitch making sure he was untouched.

Harry had been the one to suggest it, and Bel backed him firmly.

Now the two couldn't wait to play each other.
