DICLAIMER
I do not own Harry Potter ... but Fred and George are the Marauders of the Golden Trio era and I won't hear otherwise. It really got to me that there weren't scenes of Remus and Sirius like laughing with them about all the trouble they get up to (should I add in scenes like that here?)

Harry loved winter at Hogwarts.
The way every part of the school grounds and beyond was covered in a white sheet of snow.
The cozy fires and loosely fitted jumpers.
The impending arrival of Christmas now he had friends to spend it with.
Of course, the very much present threat of Sirius Black being somewhere out there should have put a dampener on his mood.
But, strangely, it hadn't.
Not even when Bel had told him Sirius Black had been in his parent's year at Hogwarts.
It was an initial shock that Professor Lupin hadn't mentioned it, but after Bel said Snape was in that year too, Harry didn't think much of it.
There were people in his year that he still didn't know the names of, let alone had a conversation with.
Perhaps that's what Sirius Black was to Remus Lupin.
Just a boy in his year who turned over to the dark arts.
What had interested Harry was the image Bel had shown him, Ron, and Hermione of the girl she believed to be her mother.
Harry had recognised her immediately from the Mirror of Erised.
That women he saw could very likely be an older version of the girl in the yearbook.
Willow Brodwick was her name.
And she looked uncannily like Bel.
Adorable smile, wild blond curls, a soft gaze that could warm your heart.
But all Harry had done is keep his mouth shut, not wanting to get her hopes up.
Someone who could give her precise and confirming answers would be Professor Lupin.
Which is where she was right now.
Then, and only then, would he express just how happy he was that she had finally found out who her mother was.
Professor Lupin had taken a few more sick days, and Bel didn't want to approach Snape about this matter.
It had resulted in the girl waiting patiently over the past few weeks for the opportune moment.
When the next Hogsmeade trip came about seemed to be that time.
It was in the final weekend before term ended, and Harry was waiting in the clock tower where Bel had agreed to meet him when she had finished speaking with Professor Lupin.
Below him was a mass number of students, all dressed in large coats and woolly hats, getting ready to leave for the village.
It was still bothering Harry that he couldn't go, despite the fact that he would be spending his day with the girl he would have been spending it with anyways.
But he still wanted to spend it with her in Hogsmeade.
Perhaps buy her some green apple flavoured sweets which were her favourite.
Or a butter beer where he could wipe the foam from her lips.
"Still bothered about our Hogsmeade restriction, huh?"
