Mui pov

It had been a couple days since I had started school with the short hair, I was getting a lot less stares, but I got the few little.. Insults every so often, mainly just like "Oh you finally cut it" stuff

I really didn't care.. Short hair was growing on me.. I actually liked it.. Which I thought I never would, but hey, I'm here now, and I do actually love it.. It's just simple, really nice.. Plus, obanai was finally nice to me, didn't say a word other than "Nice haircut, you finally look like your own gender, looks good" so that's.. Good? Bad? Don't know if I want him to like me

I mean.. He literally has a pet snake.. That's hella fucking weird in my opinion- like who would have a snake? Cats are a lot fucking better, or dogs, hamsters, anything other than a snake, even crows-

I love crows- I wish there were such a thing for pet crows, if so, I'd get one, I'd name it ginko

Crows are just so.. Smart, and cute, they're so small, intelligent, you could teach them stuff, even learn their own name, it'd be so cool..

I went out to the cafeteria, looking around for friends to dit with, when I couldn't see anyone, so I sat on an empty table.

"Hey mui! Mind if I sit here?" Tanjiro asked, I nodded, "me too!" "Mhm, and me" "do you mind if I sit here?" All his friend flooded in too, one by one

Yui and genya ended up coming to the table too

Everyone was chatting, eating, planning things out, I actually really like just.. Listening, to everyone, they don't have to talk to me, k don't have to be involved, but there are so many different conversations going on, I'm not ease dropping, just.. Like listening to it.. It's cool to me

"Hmm, yeah, anyway, what's with the haircut?" Zenitsu asked, pointing st me, "you actually look like a guy now" he added before giglinf, and then being smacked in the head by tanjiro, "He got s haircut zenitsu, it's not huge" "YEAH IT IS, THAT SHIT WAS SO LONG NOW IT'S GONE, THERE MUST BE SOMETHING UP" "He cut it because your mum likes short hair" Yui said, giggling "My mum?" "Yes"

"she.. Left me.."

Everyone in the table looked st Yui, "Look, mines dead, I can say that, okay?" He said in return to everyone's shocked faces,

A dude came behind our table, and grabbed my hair by the short part near the back

"Huh, so it's not a wig, interesting" he said, tugging my hair, I was holding onto it so it wouldn't hurt, "Dude, stop" genya said,

"You looked better with long hair honestly, a shame you cut it, a real shame.." He said, I could see Yui getting angrier and angrier from what this dude was saying

"It's a shame you cut your tie with reality, if you actually had friends you wouldn't be this desperate to get attention" Yui immediately replied, the guy looked st Yui

"Oh, one with long hair, perfect, just what I wanted" he said, rolling his eyes, before grabbing yuis hair,

"Let go of my hair" "how about nah?" The guy said, before Yui grabbed a fork from his lunch and stabbed it in the guys hand

"WHAT THE FUCK?!" the dude said, pulling his hand away, "Oh you are fucked" he said, standing away from Yui, laughing, everyone on our table backed off

Yui just stared st the guy, before the guy lunged st Yui, getting on top of him so Yui couldn't get out

He started trying to grab Yui, punch him, but Yui kneed the guy in the balls

"For someone so fucking small, why are you strong?" The guy said, "for someone who's a bully, where you so stupid and weak?" He said, wiping his forehead, grabbing a hair tye, and putting his hair in a high ponytail

That's when everyone realised Yui wasn't backing out..
