Rolif and the other guards looked down at the body on the table, it was mangled beyond recognition. "I am actually not surprised this is how it turned out." Rolif said, looking it over.
"I don't think any of us were." another said.
"Looks like Jospeh is finally going to get off this planet like he wanted too." Rolif said, grabbing the sheet and pulling it over the body's head.
"Yeah, just not with a breath in his lungs."
The group of guards scattered when Vassenhilo walked in, he looked at the body with no emotion. Though he did pull back the sheets the guards threw up as he studied the wound marks. He could see that some pre-mortem wounds were more inline with weapon marks. The ones at death and post, where more closer to just a true bear attack, with the long claws mark digging out inches of flesh.
Vassenhilo wrote down some information on his note pad, than covered the body again. He continued on into the next room. On the table of his, Ratok was strapped down with what was closest to a muzzle over his mouth. The fashion in which it was strapped was more to help keep his mouth open than, to stop him from biting, his head was solidly secured to the table.
Vassenhilo moved over to the IV that was coming out of his arm. He grabbed an unlabeled syringe. He entered it into the line, and stepped back for a moment. It didn't take long at all for Ratok to wake with a jolt.
"There we are." he said, moving around the table, he came up and pulled gently on Ratok's eyelids. "You look all good, and your vitals are solid. We can begin."
Ratok jerked, all it did was slightly shuffle the table.
"Don't do that, you'll hurt yourself, and that will make my pet greatly upset." he said, he grabbed a few more syringes and lined them out on the table. He grabbed what looked like another line, and flushed it.
Attaching it the line on Ratok, it looked like it had individual timers on it. Vassenhilo set every single timer up, than attached the syringes to the different openings. When he was done, he walked over to an open top vial, bringing it over. Quickly before, Ratok had time to react and fight it, pour it into his mouth. Vassenhilo tapped down his throat quickly which caused him to swallow without much of a fight.
His eyes lit up a yellow green, as if he was happy that little trick of his worked.
There was a loud buzzer sound that went off, Vassenhilo turned towards the nearest pad, and check out the warning sound. "Ahh, it looks like my pet is needing me sooner than expected."
Ratok let out a huffed sound.
Vassenhilo turned, "Don't worry, your female will be fine, and then when you wake she'll be well enough to take care of her Maeger don't worry." he patted the bear
He sat and watched as the chemical set in. Even Ratok flinched up and groaned in pain.
"Physical strength does come into account with this. I expected as much, but it is good to see my theory pan out. I'll have to test more to be certain though." Vassenhilo said, before leaving the room.
He left the laboratory, and crossed the compound, floating quickly across the dirt patches, and up to his pets tower. He took the elevator to the top, and floated out passing the room with the dead body. He was curious, so he poked his head in. "Hmm." was all he said, he moved back, he would be looking at it later.
Vassenhilo than enter his pet's room. He noticed that her children was in the room. The small blond brude he had first tested the drugs he put Ruma's males through, was there, he was close to Ruma.
The other was standing on the other side of the room. "Quit moving," he ordered, as he was tending to Ruma's brude male.
Vassenhilo looked back, "Ruma, is she wake?" he moved over to the side of the bed. The blonde looked up with big round eyes, he had done that since he was a child, most of the experiments did in fact.
He watched as the boy, was quickly struggling on which direction he would take. Closer to his mother, or away from Vassenhilo.
"Kaylo," Deon called. The blond quickly skirted away, hiding behind the other two males in the room.
Vassenhilo moved up to his pet. She was awake, but weak, this is what he suspected would happen, and this is where he needed her to be, so that he could help her get back to full health.
He pulled a needle and vial form his robe pocket. "Here you'll be better by morning."
