Late into the night Ruma was still up kept by the group of traders she was working with. Her anxiety was on high as they were going through every little detail of planning that they could.

"Are you listening to us, Ruma?"

"I am listening, but is it safe? Your wanting me to make so many moves so quickly what was the point in giving into VAssenhilo's demand if we are just going to turn around and-"

Ruma's pad was cut off by one of the insectoids speaking.

"Plans change, and you need our help, and so you have to follow along with our plans." it buzzed.

Ruma rolled her eyes, "I am still making myself known away from Vassenhilo, and not just a pet on a stage, you have to give me more than one chance, I will not be rushing things, you will not be putting me in a position where you can take control over me."

Bvlpeio hushed her, "That isn't what we are trying to do here Ruma I can assure you."

"Snip it Bvelpio." Ruma typed out quickly. "You all can rethink your plans, cause I am not risking things in a grab all or nothing scheme."

The group looked to be at odds, but Stori was the first to speak. "I think Ruma might have some more insight to Vassenhilo than we do, after all she has been his right hand for a century or more now. Let us go back to the original plan, and add some new ideas."

Ruma raised a brow, but she sighed and thanked him.

Stori turned, "remember we all have quiet the large pool of money, and we will place up our bets the moment he places bets on them, knowing Vassenhilo he will do it soon."

A few buzzes came from one of the insectoids. "Won't these ones be extremely pricy?"

Stori gave a smirk, "Yes, if we are to take Vassenhilo's words into account than yes they will be, but we can always confirm with Ruma, Is those males of yours actually Rindosas?"

"My Brude is. I can confirm that- as for my maeger he is just a bear kin."

Stori smirked again, "Are you sure about that?"

Ruma paused, she typed something out, deleted it, typed it out again, deleted it a second time, than typed a third thing out before hitting the play button. "What information do you have that I am not partial of?"

Stori and Bvelpio looked at each other and placed a little recording device down in the center of the table and pressed play. A small holograph of Vassenhilo popped up, he seemed to be in a discussion with someone, the disembodied voice seemed like it was Bvelpio.

The holograph moved about and finally seemed to have more shape to it, as if the recording was done in secret. The disembodied voice asked Vassenhilo to explain further what he had just stated.

"Simple, if you had paid attention," the holographic Vassenhilo explained, "I have found how to completely genetically modify an already living creature into a different species."

Ruma straightened up, she knew than he had done this to Deon.

"How did you find this out?" Bvelpio asked.

"I used plenty of the subjects here, to practise on, but I'd always hold back a couple of Ruma's offspring when I bred her to practise on, she isn't too nosy so it was ease enough to hide. Then finally that mutt that has been running around, he was the first to survive the experiment. I went on to experiment on a few others all finally success, and then I was confident to turn those males of hers into Rindosa."

"Is that why you have that GUard Captian all tied up in the laboratory?"

"It is."

The holograph is cut off.

Ruma was stunned. Not completely surprised, but stunned nonetheless.

"Now- how expensive will those offspring of yours be?"

Ruma stood. "I'm tired." she typed, and quickly tucked the pad under her arm and walked out of the room, with Bvelpio following behind her.

"You can't just leave ruma," he said, but she didn't listen, she was just wanting to head back to her family. Bvelpio grabbed her arm. "Ruma stop, we need to finish the meeting. We need to get things completely straightened out"

Ruma's arms shook due to the stress she was under.

"Please, we will get you back to the males soon, and Ratok won't be in the arena for another two days, so you'll have time with him. "Ok?"

Ruma reluctantly nodded.

"Good lets finish." he walked her back into the room.
