Y/n's POV

Well, today is the day. I'm getting induced today to have this baby that we still have yet to name- or even know the gender of.
We decided to wait to find out which is okay.
Ryker turned 15 a while back and Gunnar turned 13 last month.
The date is November 14th and the kids were all at the house waiting patiently to come up and meet their new little sister.
Ryker met someone. Her name is Haley, she's 15 and moved here 2 months ago front Florida. She's a sweet girl, and she fits in really well.
Duke and Maddie are officially together and we were okay with it.
Laying in the hospital bed, the nurse came in.
"Alright mama, I'm your main nurse, call me Maggie. Let's start you on Pitocin to try and get this baby out. Do we know what were having?" She asked.
"No, we are waiting until birth" I smiled.
"Fun, a surprise little" she said with a big smile.
"I'm gonna start you on a low dose and we will bump it up every hour and a half" she said and I nodded.
"Sounds good" I said.
She started the Pitocin drip and went over to a closet.
"We can do the peanut or the birthing ball. You can walk around if you'd like and take trips down the hall, I recommend that first so we can start" Maggie told me.
"Uh yeah I think I'll walk, can we put out the peanut and ball just incase?" I asked.
"Of course" she said and rolled them out of the closet.
"Now this is mobile so you guys can walk around. Uh I will say, as soon as you feel contractions start then just come on back in here and I'll take a look at your cervix" she said.
"Oh I hate having to see if I'm softened" I shuddered.
"Oh so this isn't your first... how many do you have?" She asked.
Colby and I glanced at each other.
"6. This is our 7th" he said.
"Holy cow" she said, shocked.
"Yep. Our oldest is 16" I said.
"Ok then, you might know whats gotta be done rather than me. Feel free to let me know if there's a certain way I should do things to make it a better experience for you both alright? Go take a walk through" she said with a smile.
Maggie left the room and I looked at Colby.
"I like her" I said.
"Yeah, she's sweet" he agreed.
"So about that walk... im trying to have baby boy or baby girl asap" I said.
"Right, here" he said and helped me up.
I decided on wearing my own gown this time and it's just a black one with buttons down the side on the chest area.
I held onto my IV drip and we walked down the hall.
"In just maybe a few hours to a day or two, we'll have the 10th member of the family that is also the last" I said and held my bump with one hand.
"Oh god... were a family of 10. And 11 with Haley and 13 with the dogs. Oh and 14 with Tigger" Colby said.
"Jesus... how did we manage?" I asked with a laugh.
"No clue, but were good" he said.
