Part 7

John b ties the rope getting the boat set up. He jumps off and comes to help me out
"Okay ready?" John B asks me
"Yeah." I nod
"One two..." he says lifting me up as I wince in pain
"Hey listen we're gonna get some gas find a phone and get out of here all right?" John B says
"How are we gonna pay for the gas?" I ask him
"Don't worry about it. We'll figure it out" John B tells me

We start walking and I see a couple eating a sandwich. I never thought I'd be jealous of someone eating a sandwich but here I am.
"That looks so good" John B says.
"I'm starving." He adds and I nod my head in agreement.
"We gotta get some food. Follow my lead." He tells me
"Okay" I say
John B bumps into a waiter as we walk past a couple causing him to spill the drinks on a guy.
"You idiot." The man says
"I'm so sorry" the waiter says
"Oh my God." I gasp looking at the woman
"Your shoes!" I say
"This is a $1,700 jacket!" The man yells taking it off
"I am so sorry" I say to the woman.
"A hundred percent on me. I'm sorry. I bumped into him" John B tells the man
"Is there anything I can do?" I ask the woman as I stand up grabbing a money clip without her noticing.
"So you're saying you're gonna pay for it?" the guy asks John B
"I don't have any money. I'm broke" John B says
"Of course you don't." The guy says looking him up and down
"Sir..." the waiter starts to say
"Pathetic!" the guy yells at John B.
"Let me talk to a manager okay?" the waiter says
"I'm sorry" John B says
"No need for name-calling sir" I tell the guy as we walk away

"Did you get it?" John b asks me
"What are you talking about?" I ask and John b looks at me like I was crazy
"You mean this?" I smile as I show him the money clip
"Oh my God" John B says
"I'll sugar mama you" I laugh
"I was hoping you would say that" John B laughs

"All right. How many hot dogs you want?" He asks me as I fill up the gas
"Uhh like fifty" I tell him
"Fifty hot dogs?" John B asks me
"A hundred. I don't care" I laugh
I fill the gas and look up to see the same couple walking towards us
"Shit" I mumble
John B comes out with food in his mouth
"They ran out of the real deal." He tells me
"Sh" I shush him
"They're vegan. What?" John b asks me
"He's right there! He's literally right-" I start to say pointing at the guy
"Hey! You! Come here! Thieves! You stole my money! Come here. Hey come here! Come here you!" He yells running at us
John B grabs the gas cans and we take off running.
John B and I start to run across the street and a truck comes flying by almost hitting us. We quickly jump out of the way avoiding getting hit.

"Maniac. Wait. Is that..." I start to say
"Heyward?" John B asks me
"Heyward's truck" I say in shock
"Hey come here! Hey come back! Hey!" The guy chasing us yells
"Okay" I say as we take off running again.
"Come on Kie" I hear Pope yell
"Go go go! Go!" I hear kie yell
John B and I run to an alley way seeing Sarah, JJ, Kie, and Pope all running the other way
"Get to the alleyway. Come on!" JJ yells
"Let's go. Come on!" Pope yells
"Hey! JJ! Pope! Kie! Sarah!" John B yells
"Guys!" I yell at them but they can't hear us and keep running

"Shit" I say as I turn back to see the guy chasing us again
"Come on. We gotta find them" John B tells me
John b grabs a big bike. I climb into the backseat
"How do you work this thing?" John B asks me
I see the guy getting closer
"Go!" I yell
"Hey!" the owner of the bike yells at us
"Go! Go!" I yell
"That's my bike!" the guy yells as we ride away
"Sarah! Pope! Kie! JJ!" I yell

John b keeps peddling but then he slams on the break when some people run in front of us.

I look up to see Sarah, Kie, JJ, and Pope all standing in front of us. I smile at them in disbelief

"Get in! Get in! Get in! Come on!" John B says
Kie and sarah jump in the seat with me as pope and JJ start to push
"Push! Push! Push!" JJ yells
"Pedal faster John B!" I yell
I see the guy chasing us coming closer and I'm guessing the guy chasing them behind us also.
"Go John B! Go!" I yell
"Oh shit!" Pope yells
"Come on Pope! Push! Come on!" JJ yells
"Pedal John B! He's gaining!" JJ yells
"I'm pedaling" John B says
"He's gaining man" JJ says
"Oh my God!" Sarah yells
"Oh man!" Pope mumbles as he trips and falls
"Pope get up! Let's go!" John B yells
Pope gets back up and reaches for kie's hand "Kie!" Pope yells
"Pedal John B!" JJ yells
Pope and JJ hit the man chasing us knocking him down
"See you later alligator" JJ laughs
"See you later asshole. Oh my God!" Pope yells
"Blowin' you a little big kiss" JJ yells at him
"Whoo!" JJ yells as he hugs me from behind

John b peddles all the way back to our boat
"Is this you?" JJ asks us
"Obviously" I smile
We get the boat back into the water and start to make our way home.

"Anybody else starving? We need to grab some sort of breakfast" JJ says
John b pulls into the dock tieing the boat up
"We're gonna find some food" Sarah says

The boys stay on the boat as us girls go find some food
"Ugh!" Kie says holding a watermelon above her head.
"Jackpot!" She smiles
We all three sit down and eat some watermelon as we fill each other in on what happened.

"Okay so you really got married?" Kie asks me
"It wasn't exactly legal but... Yeah." I smile
"Am I crazy Kie or is there definitely something going on between you and Pope?" I ask her
"Maybe." She shrugs smiling
"It's not a noooo" I say
"It's not a no." She tells me

"Wait wait" Sarah says
"Yeah?" I ask
"Who shot you? You didn't tell us yet" she tells me
I look down at my feet
"Uhh rafe did" I tell them
"What?" Sarah asks
"Oh my God" kie mumbles
"I know it's a lot to take in Sarah but we're going to be ok. We have the crew to help us" I smile at her
"And a pretty damn good one" she smiles back

"Hi. What y'all talking about?" I ask as we walk back up to the boat
"Uh... fishing" John B says
"Dropping lures. That's that you know?" JJ says
"Okay. Sure." I say not believing it at all
"Need help?" JJ asks kie helping her
"Thanks." Kie says giving him the watermelon
"Goodness gracious" JJ laughs
"What's that now?" Pope asks
"We got breakfast." All three of us say
