With 17:20 left in the first period, Kurtis Barltiff scored his third goal of the season, short handed to make it 1-0 Colgate. With 40 seconds left in the first period, Mark Goggin scored to tie the game 1-1. Alex Evin and James Mello matched zeros for the remainder of the period so 1-1 remains our score heading to the second period. With 2:27 left in the second period, Joe Wilson scored his fifth goal of the season to make it 2-1 Raiders. With 2:09 left in the second period, Matt Firman scored his fourth goal of the season to make it 3-1 Hamiltonians. With 22 seconds left in the second period, Austin Smith scored his twenty-fourth goal of the season to make it 4-1 Raiders. Evin and Mello matched zeros for the remainder of the period so 4-1 Raiders it remains heading to the third period. With 19:39 left in the third period, Eric Robinson scored to make it 4-2 Hamiltonians. With 18:25 left in the third period, Charlie Mosley scored to make it 4-3 Colgate. With 4:36 left in the third period, Matt Lindblad scored to tie the game 4-4. Evin and Mello matched zeros for the remainder of regulation so we'll play extra hockey tonight because of a 4-4 tie between Dartmouth and Colgate. With 2:17 left in overtime, Doug Jones scored to win the game for the Big Green 5-4. Colgate dropped to 12-9-3 on the season and 6-5-1 in ECAC Hockey play.
