After Spiro Goulakos put up a multiple point game last night in Canton, the Colgate Raiders head to Potsdam, New York to play the hated Clarkson Golden Knights at a ruckus Cheel Arena. With 4:06 left in the first period, James Howden scored to make it 1-0 Clarkson. Alex Evin and Paul Karpowich matched zeros for the remainder of the period so Tech leads 1-0 heading to the second period. With 5:19 left in the second period, Allan McPherson scored to make it 2-0 Clarkson. Evin and Karpowich matched zeros for the remainder of the period so the Knights lead 2-0 heading to the third period. With 2 seconds left in the third period, Chris Wagner scored his twelfth goal of the season to make it 2-1 Tech. Paul Karpowich finished off the Raiders and Clarkson wins 2-1. Colgate dropped to 17-12-3 on the season and 11-8-1 in ECAC Hockey play.
