After a disgusting loss last night, the Colgate Raiders return to Starr Rink to finish Silver Puck Weekend with a Saturday matinee against the Princeton Tigers hoping to emphatically bounce back from last night's loss. Charlie Finn and Colton Phinney matched zeros in the first period so zeros show in the goal column on the Starr Rink scoreboard heading to the second period. Finn and Phinney matched zeros in the second stanza as well so we'll head to the second intermission scoreless once again. With 16:27 left in the third period, Darcy Murphy scored his third goal of the season to make it 1-0 Colgate. With 15:44 left in the third period, Spiro Goulakos scored his first goal of his junior season to make it 2-0 Raiders. With 11:02 left in the third period, Ryan Siiro scored to make it 2-1 Hamiltonians. With 3:28 left in the third period, Tylor Spink scored his second goal of the season to make it 3-1 Colgate! Charlie Finn finished off the Tigers and Colgate lets the Silver Puck party begin with a 3-1 win over Princeton! Colgate improved to 3-5-1 on the season and 1-1-0 in ECAC Hockey play!
