At Lynah Rink this evening, Spiro Goulakos and this year's Colgate Raiders meet Cornell for the first time as the Route 13 rivalry commences. With 15:57 left in the first period, Chris Wagner scored his tenth goal of the season, short handed to make it 1-0 Colgate. With 2:44 left in the first period, Joe Wilson scored his sixth goal of the season to make it 2-0 Raiders. Eric Mihalik and Andy Iles matched zeros for the remainder of the period so Colgate maintains their 2-0 lead heading to the second period. With 6:10 left in the second period, Joakim Ryan scored to make it 2-1 Raiders. Eric Mihalik finished off the Cornell Big Red and Colgate upsets Cornell 2-1! Colgate improved to 13-9-3 on the season and 7-5-1 in ECAC Hockey play!
