After an amazing weekend in Minneapolis last weekend, Spiro Goulakos and the Colgate Raiders return to Central New York to play the Vermont Catamounts at Starr Rink on this cold Saturday night. With 17:13 left in the first period, Darcy Murphy scored his eleventh goal of the season, on the power play to make it 1-0 Colgate. With 12:28 left in the first period, Mario Puskarich scored to tie the game 1-1. With 15:05 left in the first period, Tylor Spink scored his eighth goal of the season to make it 2-1 Raiders. Charlie Finn and Mike Santaguida matched zeros for the remainder of the period so Colgate maintains their 2-1 Hamiltonians we remain heading to the second period. With 19:03 left in the third period, Colin Markinson scored to tie the game 2-2. With 13:37 left in the third period, Tyson Spink scored his third goal of the season, on the power play to make it 3-2 Raiders! Charlie Finn finished off the Catamounts and Colgate wins 3-2! Colgate improved to 9-9-3 on the season!
