It's now the summer of 2012 for our protagonist as he prepares already to take the ice for the Raiders as a sophomore after a disappointing ending to his freshman season. Spiro scored three goals this past season but the Raiders will need to look for additional success on and off the ice in 2012-13 if the Raiders want to make it back to championship weekend for the second time in Goulakos' young career here at Colgate. While his freshman season comes to an end in late March of 2012, Spiro Goulakos will look to step up offensively as he looks to take control of his Colgate team as a sophomore and beyond.
With one year under his belt, Spiro Goulakos is already a legend as he gets into shooting lanes as well as score the occasional goal from time to time. Colgate coach Don Vaughan will need all hands on deck if the Raider offense can take down the Cornell Big Red and many other teams across college hockey for the next three seasons of Spiro Goulakos' career in Central New York. Raider fans will come to love Spiro over this time frame and as I mentioned at the beginning of this story, he played the game with class and had the class of a noble citizen off of the ice.
You've reached the end of Spiro's freshman season but there's a lot more where that came from! I hope you are ready for Spiro's sophomore season which will be coming up in just a couple of chapters. I'm falling in love with this kind of story and it gives me an idea I can't share yet but I'm sure you'd enjoy it if you know what I'm talking about. But anyway, enjoy Spiro's sophomore season and of course, go 'gate!
