After dominant performances by sir Charlie Finn last weekend, the Colgate Raiders head to Fairfield, Connecticut to play the Sacred Heart Pioneers with the Raiders hoping to keep the good times rolling. With 16:08 left in the first period,Tyson Spink scored his second goal of the season, on the power play to make it 1-0 Colgate. Spiro Goulakos picks up an assist on the goal. With 11:37 left in the first period, Zach Luczyck scored to tie the game 1-1. Charlie Finn and Alex Vazzano matched zeros for the remainder of the period so we remain tied 1-1 heading to the second period. With 14:46 left in the second period, Kyle Baun scored his fourth goal of the season to make it 2-1 Raiders. With 6:27 left in the second period, Ben Lake scored to tie the game 2-2. Finn and Vazzano matched zeros for the remainder of the period so 2-2 is the score showing on the Milford Ice Pavilion scoreboard heading to the third period. With 16:21 left in the third period, Tim Harrison scored his first goal of the season, on the power play to make it 3-2 Raiders. Spiro Goulakos with yet another assist on the Harrison goal. With 8:19 left in the third period, John Lidgett scored his first goal of the season, on the power play to make it 4-2 Colgate. Goulakos finishes off the mathematical hat trick with an assist on the Lidgett tally. With 1:58 left in the third period, Evan Peterson scored his second goal of the season into an empty net to make it 5-2 Hamiltonians! Charlie Finn finished off the Pioneers and Colgate wins 5-2! Colgate improved to 4-1-0 on the season!
