Chapter 96 - Back to black

I was dancing with Maria and Saya like the night was never going to end, while the guys were rolling up joints and drinking like there was no tomorrow. I remembered the days where we would be in the back of the class, bored out of minds smoking at the graveyard. Marcus and I had a few moments that questioned my insanity but I knew deep down he was the one I always loved. I would be in my room painting my nails while he would draw in his notebook or on his black and white converse, those were moments I wished lasted forever. "Oh god! This is like pure acetone down your throat, what is this, Billy?" I gagged while putting my hand over my mouth.

"The cheap stuff, your majesty. Not all of us can afford your lavish lifestyle." He chugged his cup down, he was clearly drunk. "You get paid pretty decent, it's well above minimum wage, Billy. You sit on your ass doing nothing in one and the other I pay you to test out weapons. You just spend your money on gambling or drugs." I rolled my eyes. "He did this all last minute, we got scammed for flour.... Again. Our money is sorta gone." Lex said ashamed. "Didn't learn your lesson yet? I'm surrounded by idiots, not you lovely ladies." Willie made it clear. "I had no idea what they were doing, I'm taking some time for myself and using only using cigarettes." Lex and Billy laughed at what Marcus said. "Well aren't you the saint of all saints."

The three of us girls were dancing all night and was at the point were we wanted to hit town. "We'll be back." i was the least drunk out the three of us. We sneaked outside and were walking the cold streets of San Francisco, "god don't you just love the strong breeze?" saya twirled, we were the only ones on the streets, it was late. Who'd wanna be out on the streets on a Wednesday. "Are we planning on stealing from this joint?" I asked the girls. They gasped and started nod. "Yes!" Maria shouted. We collected ourselves and I pulled my top a bit to reveal more my boobs and flip my hair for more of a messy look. "Classic seduction method." Saya laughs. "I should give you this for safe keeping or incase you need it." I hand her my gun and she places it in the waist band of pants.

We go in for the tequila, vodka, and anything else that caught our eyes. I went up to the cashier first and handed him my fake id, "Crystal Reyes? It may be your name but there is no way you're 23, sorry." He slides the card back to me. "Well isn't that cute, come here." I use my finger my lure him in. He gets close to me and I whisper in his ear. "Don't let little old me fool you." I head bud him which causes him to crash back into the wall. "Gracias, amor!" Maria yells as we run away back to the school, all giggles were in the air. "What kind of trouble did you ladies cause?" Billy was throwing a baseball up in the air. "Ohh, you ask too many questions, billy. Here, I know this has been your craving for a while." I throw the bottle and he catches it. "Scotch? What am I? A middle age man? You know me so well, esme."

Maria starts filling up the shots and hands me four shots as I go to sit on Marcus's lap. I hand him the two shots. "What are we toasting to? To all the shitty politicians who have ruined our lives one way or another and they may burn in hell!" Marcus yells out loud. "Yeah!" We all said in unison and took the shot. We all started coughing for what we drank. "WOO-HOO!" Lex and Billy say. "No matter how fucked up this school is, despite how much we love and hate each other guts, ain't one fought for us as much as we have fought for one another. I guess one good thing came out of this school." We all raised our shot glasses and willie says one last thing. "To us! The current and future destructors of America." We all drank and gathered in for a group hug.

"I gotta admit, imma miss you idiots. Who am I going to yell at for their dumb behavior?" Saya says which ends up with all of us smiling. We danced until we got yelled at by a teachers because of the noise and made our way to our beds. Marcus and I were holding onto one another trying not to fall down, we were both too drunk to walk straight. "Shhhh." He laughs while pulling me into his room which was the closest. "Don't shush me." My arms were wrapped around his neck, not wanting to let go of him. "You really want to do this right now?"He runs his thumb across my bottom lip while whispering in my ear. "I don't know what you're talking about." I slightly push him away from me and as I was taking off my heels, he picks me up out of nowhere and throws me on his bed.
