In the heart of the monastery, the ninja team huddled around a holographic map projected from Zane's NRG Tech suit. The map pulsed with the faint outline of the surrounding area, a red dot blinking near the swamp where Fawkes had last tracked Mia.

The air crackled with tension. Ever since Fawkes returned, his report had painted a concerning picture. Mia's anger, her accusations of neglect, and her pursuit of a hidden master under the influence of the Forbidden Scroll were heavy burdens on their hearts.

"She said she hated us," Jay mumbled, his voice barely a whisper. He kicked a pebble across the training mat, his blue eyes filled with a mixture of hurt and confusion.

Nya, ever the voice of reason, stepped forward. "She was angry, Jay. That scroll preys on negative emotions. It's twisting her perception."

Kai, his fiery temper usually at the forefront, remained uncharacteristically silent. He clenched and unclenched his fists, a scowl etched onto his face. The guilt gnawed at him – had they truly failed Mia? Had they not been supportive enough?

"Master Wu," Cole rumbled, his voice heavy, "what do we do now?"

Master Wu, his face drawn with worry, stroked his beard thoughtfully. "We need to find her, bring her back safely. But force will not be the answer. We must reach out to her, show her that we care."

He turned to Nya. "Nya, you were closest to her in age. Do you have any insights into what might have been bothering her?"

Nya hesitated, a flicker of sadness crossing her features. "Mia felt... unseen. Like her powers weren't valued. We all have such distinct abilities, and maybe sometimes... maybe we didn't do enough to encourage her own unique talents."

Her words struck a chord with the others. They all had their strengths – Kai's fire, Jay's lightning, Cole's earth – and perhaps they had taken Mia's wind manipulation for granted.

"We need to make her see that," Kai finally spoke, his voice hoarse. "We need to show her that she's an important part of the team."

Master Wu nodded in agreement. "Indeed. We will send a message. A message not of authority, but of understanding and support."

He closed his eyes, focusing his energy. A green glow emanated from his hands, forming a swirling vortex of wind that crackled with electricity and pulsed with earth. Slowly, the vortex solidified, morphing into a shimmering green falcon.

"This falcon," Master Wu explained, "will carry our message to Mia. It will find her, wherever she may be, and show her the strength of our bond, the depth of our concern."

A frustrated groan escaped Jay's lips as he slumped onto a training mat. The holographic map flickered above him, the red dot representing Mia stubbornly pulsing in the swamp.

"She hates us," Jay muttered, kicking his feet listlessly. "Fawkes said she said she hated us." He ran a hand through his hair, his face etched with despair.

Nya knelt beside him, placing a comforting hand on his shoulder. "She's angry, Jay. That scroll is messing with her head, twisting her feelings."

Kai, who had been unusually quiet throughout the ordeal, finally spoke up. His voice was low, laced with regret. "Yeah, but maybe it gave her a reason to be angry. We haven't exactly been the most supportive bunch when it comes to her wind powers."

Cole, ever the voice of reason, rumbled, "True. We all have our flashy moves – your fire, Kai, my earth, Nya's water. Maybe we didn't pay enough attention to Mia's... well, wind."

A heavy silence descended upon the room. Guilt gnawed at their hearts. They were a team, a family, and they had failed to see Mia's struggle.

Master Wu, his eyes filled with concern, stroked his beard thoughtfully. "We must find her, bring her back safely. But force isn't the answer. How do we reach her? How do we convince her we care?"

Jay shot up from the mat, his eyes blazing with newfound determination. "She's not just some ninja we need to bring back, Master Wu! She's Mia! My sister! My little sister!"

His outburst startled the others. They knew Jay cared deeply for Mia, but to hear him say it so openly, so desperately, shifted the focus of their mission.

"We need to make her feel that," Nya said, her voice firm. "We need to show her she's more than just a wind user, more than just our teammate. We need to show her she's family."

A plan began to form in their minds. It wouldn't be easy, but they knew one thing for sure – they wouldn't give up on Mia. They were a team, and they would face this challenge together.

Master Wu, a hint of a smile gracing his lips, closed his eyes and raised his hands. A green glow emanated from him, swirling and crackling with energy. Soon, a magnificent green falcon materialized, its wings shimmering with the combined power of fire, water, and earth.

"This falcon," Master Wu announced, "will carry our message to Mia. It will find her, wherever she may be, and show her the strength of our bond, the depth of our concern."

The falcon took flight, wings beating with purpose, carrying with it a message far more potent than words. It carried the love, the regret, and the unwavering support of her ninja family, a family that wouldn't rest until Mia was back home, safe and loved.
