Did you guess what this is gonna be about? Sorry..... I'm just very obsessed.

" Whoever it is, I can face them."

The man turned, and Lord ho, who was it?

Guess.

Okay, fine, I'll tell you.

Jay.

Elizabeth.

Walker.

Nya gasped, but before she could react a blur of pink zoomed to him and hugged him so tightly she was afraid his intestines would pop out.

The blur was also crying happy tears.

" Oh, Jay. I've missed you!" She said.

Jay pushed her off. " Who are you?"

Mia rolled her eyes. " Haha, Walker. Very funny."

" No, seriously. Who are you?"

Mia stuck her tongue out at him. " You're not fooling anyone."

" Mia, I don't think he's joking." Nya called.

Mia turned. " How can he NOT? I mean, we all know I'm his sister, you're his wife, Kai is his brother in law, Cole is his other best friend, and-"

" Would you stop? We're here for the tournament, not to hear your life story." Jay said, sourly.

That was when Mia realized Nya was very well telling the truth.

And at that second, the glint in her eye, the one that came when she was gonna do something dangerous, resurfaced.

Zane was the first to notice.

" We have to do something!" He exclaimed.

Lloyd sighed. " I'm afraid there's nothing we can do. The least we can do is stay on the sidelines and not interfere."

Nya wringed her wrists. " That does not sound very smart."

Lloyd sighed. " I know, but what choice do we have?"

Mia's hands clenched into fists, her knuckles turning white as she tried to process the situation. Her brother, who had always been her rock, now looked at her as if she were a stranger. The pain in her heart was almost unbearable, but she quickly buried it beneath a layer of determination.

"No," Mia said, her voice low but firm. "I'm not just going to stand on the sidelines. This is Jay we're talking about. My brother. And I'm going to bring him back, no matter what it takes."

Before anyone could stop her, Mia stepped forward, determination written all over her face. "Jay," she called out, her voice steady, "I don't know what's happened to you, but I'm going to remind you of who you really are."

Jay narrowed his eyes at her, clearly unimpressed. "And how do you plan to do that?"

Mia gave him a challenging look, the fire in her eyes burning brighter than ever. "The only way I know how," she said, a small smirk forming on her lips. "By showing you that family isn't something you can just forget."

The others watched, holding their breaths, knowing that whatever was about to happen could either bring Jay back or push him further away. Mia was prepared for whatever it took, even if it meant facing her own fears head-on. She wasn't going to lose her brother—not like this.

Jay and Mia locked eyes, the tension between them crackling like the energy that surrounded them. Jay's expression was still unreadable, a mask of indifference that only fueled Mia's determination. She wasn't going to let him slip away, not without a fight.
