Garmadon sighed impatiently. " Lloyd, get her right now " he said, picking out a suit and tie from his son's closet.
Lloyd came. " Yes, dad?"
" What color shirt do you like? Green or blue?"
" Green, but... Why?"
" Because you have a date with Rumi!"
Lloyd almost choked. " I don't remember scheduling a date!" He exclaimed.
" I arranged it. Yesterday."
" But... Why?"
Garmadon sighed. " So I can have grandkids!"
Lloyd stared at his father in disbelief. "You can't just arrange dates for me without asking!"
Garmadon gave him a stern look. "I can and I did. Now, get ready. She'll be here in an hour."
Lloyd groaned, running a hand through his hair. "Dad, this is ridiculous."
Garmadon raised an eyebrow. "Is it? You're not getting any younger, Lloyd."
Lloyd rolled his eyes but resigned himself to his fate. "Fine, but if this goes badly, it's on you."
Garmadon smirked. "It won't go badly. Trust me."

Lloyd sputtered as Garmadon scrubbed his hair vigorously, water splashing everywhere. "Dad, I can wash myself!" he protested.Garmadon ignored him, determined to get every spot clean. "Nonsense. You need to look perfect for your date."
Lloyd groaned as Garmadon moved on to washing his face, getting soap and water all over. "Dad, you're getting water in my eyes!"
"Just hold still," Garmadon instructed, rubbing a bit too enthusiastically. "You'll thank me later."
Finally, Garmadon stepped back, satisfied with his work. Lloyd stood there, dripping wet and blinking soap out of his eyes. "There," Garmadon said with a grin. "Much better."
But then Garmadon grabbed the hairdryer and started blasting Lloyd's hair with hot air. Lloyd winced as his hair was pulled and tousled in all directions.
"Hold still," Garmadon commanded, as he switched to a comb, yanking it through Lloyd's damp hair.
"Dad, you're going to rip my hair out!" Lloyd complained, trying to stay still despite the discomfort.
"Nonsense," Garmadon replied, concentrating on getting every strand in place. He then reached for the gel and squeezed out a large dollop.
Lloyd's eyes widened. "Isn't that a bit much?"
Ignoring him, Garmadon spread the gel through Lloyd's hair, sculpting it with intense focus. When he was done, Lloyd's hair stood up in an exaggerated style, stiff and shiny from the excess gel.
Lloyd looked at his reflection, horrified. "I look like I stuck my finger in a socket!"
Garmadon stepped back, admiring his handiwork. "You look great. Rumi will love it."
Lloyd sighed, resigning himself to the situation. "If you say so, Dad."
Unfortunately, Garmadon, now in full-on dad mode, stood Lloyd in front of a mirror. "Alright, son, let me give you some tips," he began, pacing back and forth. "First, walk confidently. Shoulders back, head up."
Lloyd tried to follow his dad's instructions, but his gelled hair and stiff posture made him look more like a robot than confident. Garmadon frowned and adjusted Lloyd's stance.
