Her name is gonna be Annie

So... Lol yeah.

Mia paced outside the garage door and checked her watch.

Ann was supposed to be there an hour ago.

" Oi, where is that girl?" Mia muttered. " If I'm caught awake at three in the morning I'm gonna be dead."

Then, Annie's mom's car came. She rolled down the window.

" Hey, girl." Annie said.

Mia huffed and loaded her things. " Where were you?" She asked as she sat.

" Sorry. I had... Things."

" Oh." She watched Annie turn the engine on and roll away. " Do you have to fake ID's?"

Mia grinned and held two cards. " Got em."

" And passport?"

" Yup."

Annie smiled. " You really did think of everything."

Mia grinned. " Yeah. Heartlake, here we come!"

Annie raised her brows. " You sure about this?"

Mia nodded. " It's a five hour drive. We'll arrive after dawn."

Annie smiled. " Yep. That's my girl."

" A...are you s....sure th....is H...he...hea...rt l...ak...e?" Annic chattered, wrapping a blanket around her.

Mia made a small fire with her hands. " Yep."

She walked out, leaving Annie with the fire. She looked around, and saw a familiar blacked haired girl with purple dress.

" Em!" Mia waved, drawing the girl's attention. She dropped her sketchbook and pen and ran to Mia.

" Oh, you're here!" She cheered.

Then, she saw Annie. " Hey, Annie!" She waved.

Annie managed to smile. " Why's... It...co...old?"

Emma laughed. " Because it's winter, silly."

" It is?" 

Emma shook her head. " No. More like someone planting air conditions everywhere. It's making a big mess of the place."

Mia nodded. " Where are the others?"

" The lighthouse. Come on!" Emma grabbed their hands and ran to the lighthouse, where Andrea was singing, Olivia was tweaking Zobo, and Mia and Stephanie were on lookout duty.

Emma led the way, pushing open the creaky door of the lighthouse. "Hey, guys! Look who I found!" she announced, pulling Mia and Annie inside.

Andrea stopped singing and looked up with a grin. "Mia! Annie! You made it!" she exclaimed, hopping off her makeshift stage and rushing over to give them both a warm hug.

"Of course we did," Mia said, smiling as she returned the hug. "We wouldn't miss this for the world."

Stephanie turned from her lookout post and waved. "Hey, you two! Glad you could join us."

Olivia looked up from Zobo, her face lighting up with a smile. "We've been waiting for you! What took so long?"

Annie, still shivering despite the fire Mia had made earlier, pulled her blanket tighter around her. "Long drive. And it's freezing out there!" she complained.
