The techno-plane sputtered and coughed, finally coming to a rest in the familiar courtyard of the monastery.  Arin and Sora stumbled out, shaky but exhilarated. Relief washed over them as they saw the concerned faces of Lloyd, Kai, Nya, and Rontu.

Mia appeared at their side in a flash. "Did it work?" she asked, her voice laced with concern.

Arin grinned, a wide, genuine grin that seemed to light up his entire face. "Yep," he said, his voice thick with a mix of triumph and disbelief. "It did."

A barrage of questions was on the verge of erupting from the others, but Mia cut them off with a wave of her hand. "Later," she declared, her voice firm. "Right now, they need to rest."

Taking a deep breath, she turned to the others, a playful smile on her face. "Just some advanced Spinjitzu training," she said, her voice dripping with sarcasm. "Apparently, Arin and Sora are a bit of a…magical pair."

Lloyd, ever the skeptic, raised an eyebrow. "Magical?"

"Uh, yeah," Arin stammered, forcing a smile. "We… decided to do some extra Spinjitzu training in the clouds." A blatant lie, even to his untrained ears.

Before Lloyd could press further, Mia materialized beside them, a mischievous glint in her eyes. "Don't worry, guys," she interjected, throwing an arm around each of their shoulders. "They're just a natural pair. They created a whole new Spinjitzu move – the Cloud Surfer technique!"

Kai raised an eyebrow. "Cloud Surfer? Sounds fancy."

"It is!" Mia declared, her voice dripping with fabricated enthusiasm. "It's super secret, though. You wouldn't understand."

Nya, ever the voice of reason, gave them a skeptical look. "Secret Spinjitzu in the clouds? Sounds a little…"

"Suspicious?" Arin finished her sentence weakly.

Mia squeezed his shoulder, her smile turning strained. "Exactly! So let's keep this under wraps, alright? Super top secret ninja stuff."

Their lie felt flimsy, but luckily, the others seemed willing to drop the subject for now. After all, they were safe and (supposedly) unharmed. Still, Arin and Sora knew they couldn't keep their adventure in the Cloud Kingdom hidden forever.

But, for however long the lie would take them, they would enjoy it.
