One day, the ninja were at the beach, investigating a mysterious sound that had been scaring tourists. The ninja had been there for hours and couldn't find anything. Mia was getting angry, so she did the one thing she did when she was angry- swim. She dived into the water and waved to Jay, before taking off to the small island near the beach.
Suddenly, she heard it- she heard the sound. It was louder than ever, and Mia knew whatever it was, it was on the island. So she tiptoed her way around, the sand feeling soft under her feet.
As she approached a palm tree, it was loud. Mia knew whatever made the sound was behind the tree. She peeked, and gasped.
There was a seal.
But, not a seal local to Ninjago.
She gently walked up to the seal. The seal, sensing her approach, tried to scoot away.
" Shhhh, you're okay. It's okay." Mia said, extending her hand and placing it gently on its snout.
" What type of seal are you?" She asked.
" Monk Seal." The seal said.
Mia's hand pulled away. " What?!"
She looked around, and placed her hand back on its snout. " Is your family here?"
" No. There was a current, and it whisked me away. My family must be so worried."
Mia felt her heart clenching. " Oh, you poor thing!"
Then, she saw blood oozing from its tail.
" Oh, no." She whispered.
Then, se made a split second decision. She yelled, " KAI? JAY? COME HERE AND BRING THE CAMERA!"
She could see two panicked figures swimming in the water, and Mia watched with cross arms.
When they finally came on land, they took one glance at the seal and sighed.
" Why am I surprised?" Jay muttered, snapping a picture. Kai had already moved on its side and tried to mend its tail Sensing the unknown person, it got scared, and it let out a defeated groan. Mia ran to it and nodded to Kai, who took the bandages out and went to its tail.
" Do you want a name? Because ' Monk Seal' ain't gonna cut it. How about.... Daisy?" Mia thought outloud.
The seal just stared.
" What? You don't like it? Fine. How about.... Rose?"
