" How?!" Mia yelled. " How, how, how how?!"
She and the other ninja were standing in front of the door labeled, " Agent Walker".
" Shhh!" The anger hissed. " Be quiet!"
" Are you even authorized to be here?" another agent asked.
Mia whirled around, and they seemed to recognize her.
" Yo... you look familiar."
Mia rolled her eyes. " Obviously, you nitwits. I'm the daughter of Daisy Walker."
They gasped. " Not like that, but now that you say, you do look like the old wind ninja, my cousin." a third agent said.
Mia squinted, then gasped. " Aunt Mary?!"
" Mia!"
The agent and Mia ran towards each other, and embraced one another.
" Oh, my goodness, Mia! How you've grown! You look like Daisy!" Mary said, studying her neice.
Mia giggled. " Everyone says that."
Then, she turned to the door. " Including Jay."
" Jay?!" Mary looked perplexed.
" Yeah, Jay's behind that door." Mia looked confused. " Why?"
Mary turned to the others. " You told me a person named Walker was behind that door!" She accused.
They did not fumble. " Ma'am," one said. " You need to fill out paperwo-"
" I'M DONE WITH YOU AND YOUR STUPID PAPERWORK!" Mia yelled, wind swirling behind her as she walked towards them. " You are GOING to open this door, you are GOING to get him back to me, and you are GOING to let us go."
The agent gulped. " Ma'am, we can not-"
" Your choice." Mia took her katanas out and looked at them, unfazed. " Now, we can do this the easy way or hard way. Easy way is quick and painless. Hard way is long and full of pain. And I've done both."
Mary looked at her niece, nervous. " Uh, Dai- I mean, Mia? Maybe tone it down a notch."
Mia's eyes were blazing. " No. Now, be a dear and do as I say, or I will not hesitate to kill you."
The agents, seeing how dangerous Mia was, gulped and nodded as they fumbled with the doorknob.
Inside, there were loads of lights, and they heard yells. " Ha! Take that, you imbecil!"
Mia marhced to the TV and stood in front of it. Jay yelped, quickly turned the game off, and pretended to be doing work. Mia, though, ripped the papers out of his hands and threw them away, then grabbed Jay by the shirt.
" Jay Elizabeth Walker, listen to me, right now." She said sternly. " Aunt Mary is going to put your hand on your head, and her healing powers might give you your memories."
" That's... just the thing, Mia." Mary said. " I don't have my powers."
Mia's face paled. " WHAT?!" She yelled.
Mary stepped back. " They took it."
" Of course they did," she muttered.
Mia's frustration boiled over as she paced back and forth in the small, dimly lit room. The air was thick with tension, and the other ninja watched her warily, unsure of what she might do next. Jay, still dazed from being yanked from his game, stood there looking bewildered, his usual spark dulled by confusion.
"How could they take your powers?" Mia's voice was a mix of disbelief and simmering rage. She turned back to Mary, her eyes narrowing. "Aunt Mary, who took them? How did this happen?"
