Some of you have been waiting rather patiently. So here you go!!
Ps. Nya has been killing me
" So, when is your wedding?"
Those were the first words Mia asked Nya when she woke up. Not good morning or hi. When is your wedding.
Nya coughed on her coffee. " Sorry?" She asked, weakly.
" When's you and Jay's wedding?"
" We had a wedding, remember?"
Mia sighed. " During the fight? Nope. I already have everything planned."
Nya gulped. When Mia was planning, it usually meant chaos.
But, it also meant she could relax.
And Mia did know her brother and her pretty well.
" Okay, fine. You plan the wedding. But nothing excessive."
Mia's eyes lit up with excitement, her grin stretching from ear to ear. "Yes! You won't regret this, Nya. It's going to be perfect—nothing but the best for my favorite couple."
Nya raised an eyebrow, still a bit wary. "Remember, nothing excessive. I don't need a hundred doves or fireworks that spell out our names in the sky."
Mia waved a hand dismissively. "Please, Nya, I've got this. It'll be elegant, simple, and totally you and Jay. Trust me."
Nya took a cautious sip of her coffee, nodding slowly. "Alright. I trust you, Mia. Just... keep it within reason, okay?"
Mia winked. "Of course! Now, you just focus on looking fabulous, and I'll take care of everything else."
As Mia started listing off ideas in her head, Nya couldn't help but smile. She knew her sister-in-law had a tendency to go overboard, but she also knew that Mia would pour her heart and soul into making the day special.
Nya leaned back in her chair, already imagining what Mia might come up with. "Just... no flamethrowers, please," she added, half-jokingly.
Mia smirked. "Not even a little one?"
Nya gave her a look.
"Okay, okay, no flamethrowers," Mia relented with a laugh. "But everything else is fair game. Now, I'm off to get started on the preparations. You just leave it to me!"
As Mia rushed off, already buzzing with ideas, Nya couldn't help but chuckle to herself. She had a feeling this wedding might be the most memorable event they'd ever experienced—chaotic, yes, but also full of love and laughter.
And that, Nya thought, was what really mattered.
Meanwhile, Jay stared in disbelief as Mia rushed toward them, holding what appeared to be an extravagant set of outfits. The balloons trailing behind her bobbed in the air, adorned with tiny kissing marks that were all too eye-catching.
"Uh, why is my sister running around with balloons and... kissing marks?" Jay asked, his face a mix of confusion and concern as he walked to Nya.
Nya, who had just managed to stop coughing from the surprise, was now struggling not to laugh. "Mia's... uh, planning our wedding."
Before Jay could fully process that, Mia was in front of them, thrusting a pile of clothes into their hands. "Here you are! Your outfits. I made sure they match perfectly!"
Jay unfolded his clothes, revealing a sleek blue suit that looked pretty good, albeit a bit more formal than he was used to. Nya, on the other hand, looked at her dress and gasped.
