Spring cleaning - Cole room

Cole and Kai were cleaning Cole's room.

Unfortunately, there wasn't much 'cleaning'. It was more of a ' fight to keep the room the same way it was'.

" No!" Cole exclaimed, grabbing his rock lamp. " That stays here." He placed it on his bedside.

" What about moving your bed?" Kai suggested.

" No! I put that there for a reason."

" Table?"

" I like the table!"

" Ho about we change the cha-"

" No! That's my mom's!"

Kai sighed. " Can we at least organize your drawers."

Cole considered this. " Sure."

Kai sighed. Finally.

He opened Cole's closet and began to re-arrange his gi's, from oldest to newest. ( Newest would be Ice emperor one/ beginning of crystalized.)

Meanwhile, Cole opened his nightstand drawer. 

Inside was a picture of his mom, her hairbrush ( why not) and a bunch of pictures with the others.

He smiled, closed it, and moved to his dresser. 

The first drawer were the usuals- his weapons, different masks, and more of his mother's belongings.

His second drawer were gifts from the others- a scribbled picture ( Mia), new weapons ( the others), and a bag of jasmine flowers ( Master Wu). And Cole did like Jasmine tea ( IDK if that's a thing).

The third drawer, though, was really weird.

There were dolls.

Not just any dolls, mind you.

Kai dolls.

His merchs from Skybound.

He picked one up ad looked at it, furrowing his brow. Where did he get these many dolls.

Much to his memory, he only had one.

Cole stared at the Kai dolls, utterly confused. "Where did all these come from?" he muttered to himself.

Kai, hearing Cole, turned around and saw the collection. "Wow, that's a lot of Kai dolls," he commented, trying to stifle a laugh. "Didn't know you were such a fan."

Cole rolled his eyes. "I'm not. I only remember getting one of these, but now..." He gestured to the drawer filled with Kai dolls.

Kai picked up one of the dolls and examined it. "These are from the time we were movie stars! Maybe someone kept giving them to you as a joke?"

Cole thought for a moment. "Probably Mia. She has a weird sense of humor sometimes."

Kai chuckled. "Well, let's get these out of here. You don't need a drawer full of my dolls."

Cole agreed and they started to clear out the drawer. As they worked, Cole found a small note tucked at the bottom of the drawer. He unfolded it and read aloud, "'To Cole, from Mia. Thought you'd like a mini Kai army. Love, your favorite little sister.'"

Kai burst out laughing. "I knew it! Mia strikes again."

Cole shook his head, smiling. "She really does have a weird sense of humor."

After clearing out the drawer, they continued organizing the room. They sorted through more old belongings, making piles of things to keep, donate, and throw away. ( Funny thing was, everything was in the ' keep' pile. The only thing in the throw away was a tissue paper).

As they worked, Kai found a small box hidden under Cole's bed. "Hey, what's this?" he asked, pulling it out.

Cole looked at the box, surprised. "I forgot about that. It's my mom's old jewelry box."

He opened it to reveal a collection of beautiful, intricate pieces. "I used to look at these all the time when I was a kid."

Kai admired the jewelry. "They're beautiful. You should keep these somewhere safe."

Cole nodded. "Yeah, I'll find a better place for them."

With the room finally organized, they stood back and admired their work. "Looks much better," Kai said.

Cole grinned. "Thanks for the help, Kai. I couldn't have done it without you."

Kai smiled back. "Anytime, Cole. Anytime."

But then, he gave a weary glance at the ' keep' pile. " Now to put all that away.............."
