One day, all the ninja woke up, quite groggy.
" Ugh, did you hear that sound last night?* Jay yawned, stretching.
Kai nodded. " Yeah. Kept me awake most of the night.
Mia, though, was up and active. " Hello, fellow ninja!" She said, a bit too cheerfully.
Everyone turned to her. " Mia, did you sleep well?"
Mia nodded. " Yes, apart from the tad knocking sound on my window. It was a wee distraction."
I'm not making fun of Scottish. My friend taught me a bit
" Well, we can all tell you had a nice night, Mia." Kai commented, looking at her. " You don't look as monster-ish."
Realizing that came out wrong, he quickly scrambled, " I .. I meant .."
" What he meant is, Mia," Jay said, eying Kai. " Is that you look nice!"
