Disclaimer: I do not own Cult of the Lamb or Warrior cats. That belongs to Erin Hunter. I am simply a fan of the game and the series. I was inspired by Jbrine061. Please check out her story. She is amazing. Now onto the story.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Webber was situated in a guest room and he got to cuddle Lava when it was as time for bed. Despite him being fifteen years old, he was more akin to a eight or ten year old. Webber tried to be helpful as he could, not wanting to overstay his welcome. Feniks appreciated the extra help even if Webber didn't have to. To Webber, it wasn't too different than when he fulfilled his duties to Shamura. When first arriving, he asked Lume if there was some place secure to store documents. If there was, he wanted it to be in his room.
Lume told him that there was but asked why. Webber showed him what he meant by displaying what he had. Lume read what the papers said and understood. He helped Webber get a secure drawer where they would be safe. Webber thanked him and placed his adoption papers in that drawer. The other thing he needed to do was decorate the room. Webber didn't cover it with webs, but put his silk blanket over a web on the bed. Webber made silk garlands and decorations which he stuck to the walks and roof. The finishing touch was a portrait of him and Shamura on the side table, facing the bed.
Webber was happy that Ebany's parents weren't scared of him. Lume knew many species and spiderkin were one of them. Feniks had been a traveler before she met her husband, well, mostly on the run to avoid her crazy father. All ties were cut but there was the crazy relative family reunion every now and then. Ebany was always ready to send them packing if they come for trouble. Webber laid in his web bed and curled up for a nap. He pulled up the silk blanket and tried to sleep. It was almost like Shamura tucked him in... Webber missed them dearly... The one who helped him through those sad moments was Feniks.
She lost her mother when she was a child. Feniks' mother died from an illness that was lethal to phoenix kin and didn't get the cure in time. It wouldn't be long before Webber felt like part of the family as he would eventually call Ebany's parents uncle and aunt. They would teach him many things in the days to come. Webber also got to explore the forests near Ebany's home, enjoying the peaceful quiet. He thought that they needed more webs. Ebany told him that she would take him on her herb runs that she used to do, as well as make deliveries.
Ebany had more friends to see. She rested a couple of days with her family. Her apprenticeship to Merlin would begin a couple weeks. Why? Paperwork had to be done and there was still clean up to get done. To put it simply, the aftermath had to be faced and taken care of. Ebany would help by making potions and herbal remedies with her father, sending them out to those that needed them. Right now, she was walking through the forest, going to a certain spot where she would greet many cats. Ebany was hoping they were safe and that no one had died, at least from battle with the other Clans.
Ebany entered her secret grove where she would report to ThunderClan and take out a leaf. She remembered when her father taught her how to play a tune on a leaf flute. She knew a couple and played one of them after placing the leaf to her mouth.
(A/N: I do not own Oración from the Pokémon movie. It's very beautiful!)
Ebany blew into the leaf, playing the familiar piece. She hoped that her friends would hear it, to let them know she was back. Unbeknownst to her, Ebany attracted many animals who stopped and listened. They landed from flight or stopped from running to listen.
