Tion was given something to drink that put him to sleep very quickly. He didn't know what exactly was happening but he didn't feel any pain while asleep. Saleos had gotten the surgery room ready with Kana while Kallamar kept Leshy outside as best he could. Leshy was freaking out since he heard the word, "surgery" being said. Just what was wrong with Tion?!

"Tion needs to have his appendix removed, now!" Kana told her colleagues.

"What?!" Leshy looked in their direction. He wanted to see Tion but it was impossible. If they waited any longer, then Tion's health would deteriorate. Kana and the others got to work while Kallamar calmed Leshy down, he would join them later after doing so. Kallamar assured his brother that Tion was in safe hands. They would help him. It took a moment for Leshy to let Kallamar go ahead...

"If he dies, no matter how small the chance, I will personally make your life a living hell, brother!" Leshy threatened.

"D-d-don't worry! We won't let anything happen! Now if you'll excuse me..." Kallamar zoomed out of there and got prepared with the others for the surgery.

Leshy was left in the waiting area by himself. He had nothing to do but wait and sit down. Heket would hurry inside along with Shamura, having seen Leshy make a beeline straight to the healing tent.

"Leshy, is everything all right?" Shamura asked him.

"... Tion's sick... He's having his appendix removed." Leshy said.

"That's usually a very quick procedure," Heket spoke. "Was he that bad?" She observed her brother.

"Yeah... he collapsed in pain and I rushed him over here... He was complaining about little pains but... we never thought it'd be this." Leshy told them.

Shamura walked over and sat with him. His brother needed comfort right now. Heket did the same, putting aside her tough attitude for her little brother. Leshy appreciated them for it and was glad Narinder or the lamb weren't there yet... until the lamb walked in and inquired about what had happened. Speak of the lamb and he shall come...

Leshy refused to say anything so Shamura explained to the lamb what he had just said. Edan grew concerned and looked in the direction of the operating room. His own father had his appendix removed too... It was hard to see someone as big and tough as him look so weak during the time. Edan was honestly surprised that he hadn't needed it removed while growing up. Edan expressed his concerns for Tion and hoped he'd be okay. Tion wasn't just a follower, but a good friend to him.

Leshy was glad to hear his hooves walk away after spatting out his dribble. What did the lamb know anyway? Narinder didn't seem to be suffering at the moment from what he could here and what little he could see. Heket was making sure Leahy didn't up and attack the lamb. Leshy's mind was too focused on Tion at the moment. He trusted Kallamar as a medical practitioner. Kana... he knew not to make her mad. Saleos was a medic if he remembered correctly. He didn't know about the rest, nor did he care. All he cared about was his Tion coming out of it safe and sound.

Edan walked out of the healing tent and went back to his duties. He met up with Narinder who asked what had happened. He also saw Leshy run with Tion in his arms as Edan hurried after them. Edan explained what the situation was and how concerned he was. The operation itself wouldn't take too long and was generally safe and quick. However, if someone came in too late or the appendix had ruptured, it could complicate things and extend the surgery to last longer. They could only have faith that Leshy made it in time.
