Disclaimer: I do not own Cult of the Lamb. I am simply a fan of the game. I was inspired by Jbrine061. Please check out her story. She is amazing. Now onto the story.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~The children ran out to find Leshy. If Webber remembered correctly, he should be working in the field right now. Webber led Pip there to see his uncle. The children of the Cult would see them and greet Webber. They welcomed Pip warmly and were awed by her appearance.
"You're so cute!" One child said.
"And pretty!" Another said.
"Are you a visitor like Lady Ebany?" Yet another asked.
"Yeah! I'm from Noonveil!" Pip said to them, grinning and bearing being called cute. Webber told his friends that they needed to find his uncle. The kids pointed him in the right direction and he thanked them. The duo bade the others goodbye and went on their way to see Leshy. Webber was correct about Leshy being in the field. It seemed that he was finishing up early.
"Uncle Leshy!" Webber called out and hurried over with Pip. Leshy tilted his head in their direction once he heard him. He saw Webber's silhouette and another next to him.
"Webber! Who's that with you?" Leshy asked.
"My best friend, Pip!" Webber told him.
"Hello!" Pip waved to him. He looks so fuzzy! Pip couldn't help but think.
"Hello!" Leshy shook the dirt from his fur that went flying. The kids laughed as they dodged the dirt.
"Oops! Sorry!" Leshy grinned. "Still can't believe that dumb cat lets me just play in the dirt all day."
"And grow stuff!" Webber point out as he looked at the crops
"Only way to keep the damn lamb off my back." Leshy shrugged.
"Fuzzy..." Pip looked at the worm.
"Eh?" Leshy looked over in Pip's direction.
"You're fuzzy!" Pip said.
"Hm." Leshy walked over to Pip and kneeled down. "I am fuzzy."
"Can I pet?" She asked.
Leshy chuckled. "Sure. Only if I can pet you!"
Pip went straight for the pets. "Fuzzy and fluffy!" She exclaimed, making Webber giggle.
Leshy chuckled once more. He liked this kid. "My older brother is even softer. Well... he used to be. I don't know if he is anymore."
"Uncle Narinder? Cats are always soft." Webber assumed.
"Typically. But Uncle Narinder has been locked away for a very long time and has not been able to properly care for his fur." Leahy explained.
"He was fluffy looking the last time I saw him." Webber replied. Pip was having fun petting Leshy's fluff.
"He hasn't let me get close enough to know." Leshy said.
"Not surprising." Webber replied. Narinder was still iffy about his siblings and every time Leshy's gotten close... it was usually for a prank. Narinder preferred to keep him away with a ten foot pole.
"Fluffy..." Pip purred and cuddled Leshy.
"Are you a cat?" Leshy asked since Pip purred. He reached out to her.
"Nope, but I can shift into a kitten or a wolf pup." Pip said, a bit nervous to say what she actually was.
"Pip can use magic!" Webber helped her out.
