The warm weather had returned in the lands of the Old Faith. The followers in the Cult of the Lamb were enjoying it while it lasted. It was also a good time for love in the air. Tion no longer had stitches and was no longer itchy. Seriously, he wanted to scratch so badly! Leshy helped him out by stopping him from scratching and applying a cream that they were given for the itch. He still had to be careful even if there were no stitches, but he was free to leave.

As promised, Tion spoke with Edan about going out to Darkwood for a date with Leshy. Edan gladly gave them permission and provided them with missionary talismans. Leshy made plans in the meantime. He would use his powers to get to the places he wanted to show Tion and spend time with him. Unbeknownst to him, Heket was preparing a picnic basket for them. She acted tough and all that, but she thought they were a cute couple. Out of the two cats she knew well... she liked Tion more. Sorry Narinder. Yes, they were on tolerable terms, but they still had a ways to go. 1000 years of pain, suffering, anger, and everything else wasn't going to fade after almost a year or any length of time. At least they weren't trying to kill each other.

Heket delivered the basket to Leshy once he and Tion were ready to go. Tion thanked her while Leshy took the opportunity to tease her. Heket threatened that she'd take it away and would make sure he'd wear it instead as she left. Leshy blew a raspberry at her but he had a mushroom thrown at him. A hard one... so that's where Sozo's rock hard mushroom went. Heket borrowed it and took it back to return it. Leshy was glad it was a distance and not closer... That hurt! Tion patted his head to ease the pain where it hit.

"Come on, let's get going, love." Tion smiled at him.

"You lead until we get to Darkwood. It gives me an excuse to hold your hand." Leshy grinned.

"Of course!" Tion purred and took his hand. They went past the teleportation stone and to the door to Darkwood. Edan made sure they went off safely. Despite his feelings about Leshy, it was nice to see him all lovey with Tion.

Tion and Leshy walked through Darkwood, on their way to where Leshy had in mind. Leshy used his powers to see the outlines of the area. Tion helped by describing each places's details. On the way, Leshy made flowers bloom, making Tion look all around in awe. It must be so cool to have powers...

"This is nothing. I could have done so much more if I had my Crown." Leshy grumbled.

"You really miss your Crown, don't you?"

"How can I not?! I was powerful, feared, respected, you name it! Now I'm stuck in a mortal body! All because of that damned lamb!" Leshy ranted.

"I still love you, you know. Big scary Bishop or not." Tion nuzzled him.

"You're too sweet, cat." Leshy cupped his face. "If I were still a Bishop, you would be my spouse with servants of your own to order."

"That reminds me. What was it like being a Bishop?" Tion asked.

"It varies between us siblings. As Bishop of Chaos, I caused trouble while maintaining order here and there. I preferred the chaos though, still do!" Leshy explained. "Aside from that, I maintained and ruled all of Darkwood. Most of the flora was arranged and grown by me." Leshy brushed his hand through a bush, making flowers bloom on it. "I had my own garden too. Only my siblings and close friends were allowed in. Perhaps if we have time, we can see it." He said.
