At long last, the destruction from the storm was cleared up. Ebany had written to Edan explaining why she hadn't visited. When she didn't visit, others did. Maria Rosalia and her sister, Solana Rose, visited the Bishops. The four of them were happy to see them and reminisce of the old days. They didn't like what their family friends did but... they couldn't hold a grudge forever. At least not the way Rosa could. Yes, she was still unsure about visiting. Her sisters did not her change in recent days so maybe there was hope.

While visiting, Maria got to pet a lot of the followers and they loved to be pet. She practically melted when she the the bunny twins. They were so darn cute and happened to be dressed up in cute little outfits! Solana made sure to keep her sister in check so she didn't end up in the pillory. Edan wasn't that harsh. He got pets too, but was scent marked by Narinder right after. The two lovebirds were teased by the Phoenix hybrids and by Leshy. That backfired on the worm because they teased him about the very romantic date he had. He and Tion were officially a couple.

Not only did they get to spend time with followers and their honorary family, but they were able to get to know Edan and know why he and Ebany had gotten so close. Edan was able to ask them about Ebany's recent letter. They explained about the events of the storm and what had happened then. Ebany seemed to have had cleared up major damage with her gift. One minute everything was a mess and the next, everything was cleaning up itself. Yep, that sounded like something she would do.

They didn't need to worry since Ebany was planning to visit soon. Webber had been visiting more often and he would tell everyone about Ebany as well as what he was doing in Noonveil. Sometimes he brought Pip and Leshy would recruit them for pranks. Kallamar was still their favorite target and he dreaded every time Pip came along. That meant that he was in for a prank of a lifetime again. Saleos would protect him when he could. He stopped whatever pranks he could and Webber didn't really want to prank him. Saleos helped him one too many times and it made him feel bad. Aside from pranks, he'd spend time with Shamura and cook with Heket.

Webber didn't often hang out with Narinder, but once, when he was feeling mischievous, he copied Narinder for a good while. Whatever Narinder did, Webber did. Narinder was careful of what he did since Webber copied every movement. Their relationship went from hostile, to tolerant, to cordial. In other words, Webber stopped hating Narinder. Narinder was quite amused by Webber's antics. He remembered when a little child of one of his old followers did the same for fun. He had played along to make the child laugh until their parents came. It was nostalgic to be honest.

Speaking of nostalgia, Edan at last played his ocarina recently. He still had his scale and played for Narinder. He played the old tunes he learned from his village and the songs he knew from Ebany. He truly did miss playing the ocarina and planned on playing it more frequently. Edan wasn't the only musician picking his instrument back up, Leshy was too. He didn't need his eyes to play his flute once more. Tion loved hearing him play the flute. Once, while listening to Leshy, his and Tion's tails intertwined! They didn't realize until after Leshy had finished. It was also when they leaned in close and kissed for the first time. If he were still a god, Tion would be his consort.

Love had blossomed in the Cult with many couples getting married and Edan holding a few wedding ceremonies. Some couples requested a double wedding which made things much easier. The buildings were being upgraded too. Since Ratoo's home had been finished, the remodeling had been going smoothly. Hector would teach Edan what there was to know about carpentry and construction so he could supervisor better. Whenever Hector was getting overwhelmed, Narinder would step in as high priest. Edan was debating on having two high priests, the other being a backup if needed.
