When I am silent I talk with my pain( Tay )

I lay awake all night hoping that in the morning I would see that it was only a nightmare, that everything is fine.

I couldn't do anything beside calling Mom numerous times because Non threatened me to not being impulsive and wait until the morning.

So early in the morning, I dialled Mom's number...... again.

No answer.....again...

'I don't know where Madam is. We are trying to contact her the whole morning but she didn't take any of our calls.'

At 9 am I called her secretary. But she didn't have a clue about Mom's whereabouts.

'Did you tell anyone about this?'

'I tried to reach the Young master but our head of security said he is going to look into this matter. He also said that the young master is busy with something else.'

'Head of security? Mr Srinakarin? Give me his contact number.'

'Sure.'

Mr Srinakarin. I know this name because when that mole got caught and New interrogated him, he introduced me to this man. He is the one who suggested that they should wait for Non in Krabi. New trusts him immensely.

After getting the number I contacted him quickly. I wanted to contact New first but I don't know what the situation is over there. He wasn't busy yesterday, so something must have happened....

And I am highly suspicious that I am just a pawn in Non's game. His actual target is New. He is just using Mom to lure him there. Somehow he is unable to contact New that's why he chose to contact me.

I gritted my teeth and dialled the number.

'Hello?'

'Hello, this is Tay.'

'Oh. Mr Tawan ? One moment please.'

The person who received the call started to talk to someone else and after a minute I heard a chuckle,

'Oh come on P Tay. Why are you wasting time making useless phone calls? Don't make me angry na? Just contact P New and come here to take your mother back. Think of this as an exchange offer. Your Mom's life in exchange for P New's.'

Shit! That means....the head of security....Mr Srinakarin......is working for Non!

Now I don't know whom to trust!

'It's a win win situation for both of us. As per the information I got, you and P New are not on good terms. Whoever saw you together......all said the same thing. He is reluctant to handover the company to you and he is trying to handle everything according to his taste. So stop thinking too much and tell him about the situation.'

What? New and I....are not on good terms? Where did he get this kind of information!

Oh! Now I remember.....New always likes to keep a distance whenever we are in the office. He talks less, he interacts less....and sometimes we even argue....
Was he doing this on purpose! To deceive Non's spies! New is really a far-sighted person! He even deceived that head of security!

But now what? I am not going to send New to Rangong. That's Non's turf. His companions, supporters and his henchmen are all there. But I have to save Mom. She doesn't like Non and is very short tempered. If Non really does something to her.......

But first I have to make sure that he is not deceiving me in any way. I have to make sure that the voice I heard was actually mom's.

'Give me some time.....I ....I will go to Rangong..'

'Mn. Bring P New with you.....at any cost.'
