I ignored his anger and kissed his hair. Then I went to arrange the plates and containers on the coffee table.

I got up and stared at his red face then spoke with a sigh,

'Kissing you using that excuse.......I was just goofing around. I didn't know that you hated it so much. Sorry, I won't do that again. Now come and have lunch.' I started to uncover the food one by one.
