"Don't you dare touch me, you coward!" Orm pushed him away in rage.

"Let me just hug you before you leave this country." Win persists extending his arms wide. While she keeps entangling herself from him.

Lingling had been trying to reach her business partner all day without success. The investor required his signature to finalize the deal by tomorrow, adding to her mounting frustration. Glancing at her wristwatch, she noted the time in the afternoon.

"I'll be leaving early today." The CEO informed her secretary. She knew she had to reach Win as the investor's deadline loomed. If contacting him failed, she had no choice but to go directly to his place.

Impatiently, she entered her car and drove away, only to be met with the frustration of heavy traffic. "Fucking traffic." She hissed, her impatience growing with each passing minute.

After enduring a slow and frustrating drive, Lingling found herself near his place, but she spotted him entering his car driving away. "Fuck it." she mumbled, realizing she had to act fast. Sighing, she decided to follow him, knowing she needed to discuss the pressing business matters with him.

He face was a canvas of confusion as she surveyed her surroundings, trying to decipher why he had stopped at the university. With a furrowed brow, she stepped out of her car and trailed behind him, who was striding ahead of her. Her confusion deepened as she followed him into the garden, where Win disappeared.

As she scanned the garden, her curiosity deepened when she saw him in conversation with someone who seemed oddly familiar. A sense of recognition tugged at her memory, and her heart began to race.

Unable to resist the urge to eavesdrop, she discreetly positioned herself in a hidden corner, straining to hear their conversation. The thumping of her heart grew louder as she listened intently.

A surge of anger erupted within the CEO as she absorbed every word she overheard. Tears started to fall down her face, and she quickly covered her mouth to try and stop herself from crying out loud. She was shaking and her lips trembled as she watched what was happening.

Lingling was so angry that she couldn't take it anymore. And it only intensified when she saw Orm trying to break free from him. "Let her go, you jerk!"

Orm and Win were both surprised at the sudden outburst. He looked really pale and shocked as he tried to say something. "Ling, let me explain." but before he could finish, Lingling launched towards him and delivered a resounding slap across his face, the impact causing his head to reel back. Orm gasped. "How could you do this to us! I'm ashamed that I believed your lies instead of giving Orm a chance to clarify the truth."

Win shook his head imploringly, trying to hold her. "Ling, listen. You got the wrong idea." He is still trying to deny it despite being caught red-handed.

The older woman yanked his hands away and gave him another slap. "You're still trying to come up with excuses when I already heard everything."

He let out a sigh in defeat. "Okay okay. I did it because I felt like I couldn't compete with her in your heart. I noticed the way you look at her, and it's not the same as the way you look at me."

"Just fucking leave!" She snapped at him before she turned to face Orm, who was just tearfully, gazing at the ground. Win shakes his head in disappointment then leaves.

Lingling then looked at the younger woman in regret. She bit her lip and reached out to hold her. "Orm," She said softly, and gently touched her face. Orm looked up and saw that her eyes were red from crying. Lingling felt really bad about the painful words she had said the other night. She felt ashamed of herself. She swallowed hard. "I.. I'm.. i'm sorry for not allowing you to explain that night. I regret it deeply, I- i truly do." Her lips quiver.

Orm wiped away her tears and met her gaze. "I don't need your apology," She felt numb and hopeless. "I just want you to stay out of my life." She whispered, her voice sounding empty and lifeless. Lingling felt a chill run down her spine when she heard those words. Her head is shaking in denial. "You didn't mean that, right?" Her voice is trembling. She refused to believe that the younger woman doesn't want her in her life anymore.

Orm turned to leave, but Lingling hugged her from behind and stopped her. "Please, Orm, let's start over." She begged.

Orm was getting really frustrated and tried to get away from her grip. The older woman kept crying, which made her even more annoyed. Finally, she broke free and walked away without looking back.

Lingling stood there crying and felt even more anxious. She tried to chase her, but she couldn't see her anywhere. Orm was probably gone, and she was left all alone, broken hearted. She got into her car and drove around, trying to search for her and decided to drive to the girl's house.

Unfortunately, Lingling found Orm's home empty as she chose not to return there. Instead, she headed straight to her cousin's place and poured out her heart in tears. Ying could only offer comfort by gently patting her back.

Lingling sat in her car outside the younger one's house with a heavy heart and waited for her to come home. She stayed there for a long time, until the light from a passing taxi alerted her. Orm got out of it and wasn't aware of the woman's presence who quickly composed herself and rushed towards her, startling the younger woman with her sudden grasp.

"What are you doing here?" Orm asked coldly.

With tired eyes from endless tears, Lingling pleaded. "I want to talk to you. Let's talk, please."

The younger woman sighed and looked at her uninterested. "Ling, there's nothing to talk about. What happened was enough. I can't bear it any longer. I'm tired, so please just leave me alone. You won't get anything from me."

"I'm sorry, please. I know I was wrong for not letting you explain that night, and I reacted badly. I was jealous because I love you. Seeing you with him made me lose control." She expressed it all. how jealous she was and how much she loved her. She hoped that the younger one would forgive her. But Orm didn't react the way Lingling expected. Orm felt numb and empty inside. She used to want to hear these things from her, but now she just felt nothing.

"You claim to love me, yet you believed Win so easily while refusing to listen to me. Is that your definition of love?" Her words cut with a painful chuckle, revealing the depth of pain she felt.

"I'm sorry for hurting you. I'm sorry it took me so long to realize how I feel about you. Please give me another chance." Lingling was desperate but Orm shook her head, showing that she didn't want to go back to what happened before. "Just go home." She said, her voice held a finality.

In a last attempt to salvage what remained of their love, Lingling cupped Orm's face in her hands, searching for a spark in her eyes. "You love me too, right? I can sense it, I know you still do." She whispered before leaning in to kiss the taller one in a desperate attempt to reignite the passion they once shared, but the kiss felt hollow, devoid of the fire that once burned between them. Orm stood still, allowing the kiss to happen, but as Lingling sought the familiar passion, she found only emptiness. It was as though she was kissing a stone. Lingling's tears mingled with the touch of her their lips, a painful realization dawning upon her-she had lost Orm;Her Naughty Girl.
