3 week ago, everything changed for Orm and Lingling. What was left unsaid was now out in the open, and their uncertain looks turned into shared smiles filled with infinite meaning. The atmosphere crackled with a new vitality, every touch and laugh celebrating the silent commitment they had made to each other. Their world, previously uncertain, now brimmed with certainty and happiness. It was a week of secretive glances, quiet confidences, and the comforting knowledge that they are finally, truly a couple. Weeks marked the start of their forever, a journey they are prepared to take together, hand in hand.

As the sun started to set, casting long shadows, Orm prepared to go back to London, feeling a mix of sadness and sweetness. The day had been full of emotions, with laughter, tears, and the comfort of loved ones around her.

Before her flight, she spent the afternoon with friends and cousins, saying heartfelt goodbyes. Each hug and whispered farewell underlined the strong connections she treasured. They shared stories, reminisced, and vowed to stay in touch despite the distance.

Standing at the airport gate as night fell, Orm felt a wave of nostalgia. The busy airport atmosphere contrasted with the quiet moments she had just experienced. Despite the bittersweet farewell, she knew her return to London meant fulfilling her duties as CEO. She carried the responsibility of leading their company and caring for her team's well-being.

A wry smile touched her lips as she gazed at the airport entrance. Her eyes then drifted to the woman beside her, whose hand she had been holding for what felt like forever.

"Ready to go, baby?" Lingling asked, her smile a beacon of warmth aimed at the woman who had been biting her lip, a silent sign of her own internal bittersweet feelings.

Orm pouted, "Babe, I'm going to miss them so much." She's referring to her friends and family, the thought of leaving them weighing heavily on her heart.

She may have been away from them for almost two years, but this time felt different. Before, she had left to find herself, to explore and discover who she was. Now, she was leaving to face her responsibilities as a CEO in another country, a new chapter in her life that demanded her full attention.

The older woman wrapped her arm around her waist, a reassuring gesture. "Come on, baby," she said with a playful wink. "You'll be back soon enough. Now, give me that smile"

Orm managed a small smile and snuggled against the woman's neck. "I'm sad," she murmured." but at least you're coming with me. That makes me feel a lot better."

Instead of words, Lingling pressed a gentle kiss on her forehead. "I think it's time to go," she mumbled "Our flight is ready."

The two of them boarded the plane, taking a moment to breathe deeply before finding their seats in the business class. The familiar sound of the engines provided a sense of comfort as they settled in. Looking out the window, they observed the city lights below starting to twinkle. Despite knowing that challenges lay ahead on Orm's journey to London, she found solace in the fact that she was not alone. The love and support of their friends and family would serve as a beacon of light during challenging times.

Orm's gaze drifted from the window to the woman beside her. "How long are you going to be there?" she asked. The woman's smile was a warm response to her question. She's pertaining about Lingling's stays in London.

"I'll just take care of getting you home." The older one nonchalantly said.

Lingling insisted on accompanying Orm, but when Orm pressed for a reason, she remained tight-lipped. She'd deflect the question, leaving the younger one with a nagging feeling that something was amiss.

When she went to Lingling's office two days ago, she was told that the CEO had left, but no reason was given. The lack of explanation added to her growing sense of unease.

Just last week when Orm pushed open the door to their room, expecting to find Lingling engrossed in work as usual. But the scene that greeted her was anything but ordinary. Lingling, who normally welcomed her presence with a smile and a shared glance at her phone, was acting strangely. The moment she stepped in, Lingling slammed her laptop shut, her movements almost frantic. Then, as if sensing a threat, she bolted out of the room the second her phone buzzed with an incoming call.

Orm stood there, bewildered. Lingling had always been open with her, sharing her phone screen without hesitation, letting her see who was calling or texting. Their relationship had been built on trust and transparency. But lately, a subtle shift has taken place. Lingling's guarded behavior, her sudden need for privacy, was unsettling. It was as if a wall had been erected between them, a barrier that Orm couldn't quite understand.

The same thing is happening right this minute. "Excuse me, I'll just take the call." Lingling stood up without waiting for her to reply.

Lingling's odd behavior has become a regular thing lately. It was strange, but Orm tried to ignore it. Even though she felt uneasy, she kept telling herself it was nothing.

Seconds ticked by, each one stretching into an eternity as Orm sat alone in their cabin. Lingling had been gone for minutes, her absence leaving a gaping hole in the room. Orm's mind drifted back to the past, to the days before she had left Bangkok, before she had embarked on a journey to find herself. Back then, she had been head over heels in love with the older one, a love that had consumed her, blinded her to everything else.

And now, here she is, having traveled the world, having faced her demons, having found herself. Yet, despite all that, she still found herself drawn to Lingling, her heart still beating for
the woman who had hurt her before.  It was a cruel irony. Losing herself and finding herself, she still ended up in the same place, still in love with the same woman.

A wave of sadness washed over her, a bittersweet ache that lingered in her chest. She had come so far, but it seemed she was destined to be entangled in this complicated love story, a story that had begun with so much promise, but had taken a painful turn. She wondered if she would ever be able to escape the pull of her heart, the pull of Lingling, the woman who held her captive, both physically and emotionally.

The night fell, and Orm, wrapped in her sadness, drifted off to sleep in the quiet confines of the plane cabin.
