When Lily and Kro finally wake up from a heavy sleep, Lily turns to her husband and whispers, "My crow?"
Kronos raises his head quietly and Lily whispers, "I want to go back to the manor. Because... inevitably, I feel more threatened here than at the Fereccis' mansion."
Kro kisses her gently on the forehead and asks: "Would you like me to go and talk to Adrian?"
Lily nods softly and Kro smiles at the girl, "You promise me something too."
Lily frowns questioningly and Kro moves the tray closer to the girl and says: "Eat, please. The three of you need all the energy you can get."
Lily laughs quietly and says: "I'm a little hungry.."
"'Even more so!" Kro shouts from the doorway and quietly walks over to the administration desk and asks: "Is Dr. Neroni still here?"
Alicia gets up from behind the desk, startled, and bops her head: "Dr. Neroni just left, but if there's anything you need... maybe I can help you with something.."
Kro thinks for a moment, but as soon as he turns back to Lily's bedside, he feels her tugging at him, asking: "What are you...?"
"I just wanted to say that you can always ask me for help too..." and slides a finger over Kro's blouse, "... If you really, really need something, Mr..."
But Kro steps away from him and says: "Excuse me, miss."
Alicia smirks self-consciously and asks: "Would you like to have coffee later...?"
Kro turns around and says: "Sorry, but I don't drink coffee, miss. And besides, my heart's already been taken, unfortunately. But... hopefully you'll find someone to do it with. Have a nice day."
She's walking quietly down the corridor when she suddenly spots Vassil: "Hey, have you seen Adrian by any chance?"
Vassili shrugs and says: "He's probably doing something here in the hospital. He's a mafia boss one minute and a multi-talented and highly intelligent and empathetic doctor the next."
Kro chuckles to himself and says: " Oh well. If you see him, send him to Lily's ward. Tell him I'll be waiting for him there and that I need to speak to him."
Vassili nods quietly and says: "You can count on me."
Kro nods quietly and walks back to Lily's room and says: "I couldn't find him now, my mystery."
Lily shakes her head and says:
I was actually rather pleased that you were able to politely say no to that girl in administration."
"I meant every word I said." Says Kro, leaning over the girl and kissing Lily gently.
Lily gulps quietly as she suddenly hears the door slam and asks: "Is there anything I can help you with, miss?"
