"Dr Layla Umar Faruk...A specialist in Neuropharmacology...Our guest of honor, also one of the people evaluating your work." The moderator's voice echo through the giant hall that is fill to the brim with people.

While others simply went back to checking their computers, some the bunch of papers in front of them, some their phones while others, chats in a huss tone nonchalantly.

Very few are searching across the hall to finally place a face to the name that was mentioned more than their brain would like to remember, those are the ones that stayed long in the field.

And just like that, the soft click of her heels against the tiled floor was what gave her out and every row she past across ended up setting their unblinking eyes on her, some are even turning to look at her before she reach them.

Elegance, grace, classy, beauty and power. But most importantly the brain. Layla is all that and more.

She captivated the entire people sitted in the hall that the only sound that could be heard was of her heel against the tiled floor, follows by that of the air conditioners.

Dressed in a simple Ankara gown which is sewn to an A line shape and have an exquisite bead work that follows the pattern of the clothe. She had her scarf tied in place followed by a matching veil which is placed on her shoulders, covering her from side to side of her shoulders

Layla stood on the podium facing the thousandth faces that all have their attention set right on her face.

Her smile widen as she felt her confidence soars to the sky, placing her hand on the microphone in front of her, she introduces herself as Dr Layla Umar Faruk which is a name she preferred to be called.

And in no time she started giving her speech in English which came in a perfect British accent. The eloquence, her confidence and and th power eluding from her captivated every single person in the gathering.

She explained the purpose for the gathering as well as they goals and objectives. And their hope to get as much people as they can that will dive into the world of Genetic and Neurology research world with them.

Going as far as explaining how much it has changed her life. Who she was before and who she has become after, because of it.

When she was done every single person is clapping and nodding their heads with stamp of approval.

"Ohh My God..." Humaira exclaimed hugging her sister tightly. This is is the first time in all these years that she is opportune to see her sister standing live to give her speech in front of thousandth of audience without battling an eye and she could not be prouder.

"Umma could not stop crying." She mumbled letting go while Shuriam gave her a side hug looking proudly at his sister.

"Did you record me?" Layla asked amusingly looking at the phone on Humaira's hand.

"Yesss..." Humaira sniffles not able to hide her excitement as look at her sister admirably. "Am going to post it everywhere on my social media platform..." She rambled as they casually stride out of the hall with Layla nodding her head here and there at the people greetings her.

"We also video called both her and Aaliya..." She trailed her whole attention on the phone.

"Aaliya is sulking, she could not make it." Shuraim chip in casual as they approach the elevator.

"Am more angry of the fact that Fiddausi couldn't make it..." Layla trailed looking at their baby brother a Father of two beautiful kids. "How can you not bring me my favorite niece and nephew....?"
