The small wristwatch tied to Layla wrist read.

She let her gaze lingers on it for a bit while her mind did a quick calculation of what the time will be now, in London.

"Your keycard Maa..." The soft voice of the asian lady called Layla's attention which made her to raise her head to the lady, then offered her a quick smile as she extend her hand to it.

"Should I arrange for your luggage to be transported to your room?" She asked politely.

Layla stood frozen for a second hearing the receptionist question as she got hold of her cards holder from her bag.

Yeah anyone traveling definitely have a luggage with them but not her. She only have her handbag which is all she needed.

"Ummm...No..." She trailed off scratching her left brow. "Isn't your boutique running 24 hours?"

"And all other facilities..." She replied, nodding her head happily.

"Perfect!" Layla carried honestly ecstatic cause she knew sleep is next to impossible in her eyes.

The receptionist directed her to her suite and the boutique cause if there is anything she currently need is clothe and essentials.

She took the 12 hours flight with only her handbag and the cloth she wore for the day, well she wasn't expecting the day to end up as awfully as it has started.

Being married to Jawad she knew it wasn't going to be bed of roses and after 2 and a half year, if there is anything it only prove her to be right.

Jawad turned out different, like all men after marriage. Not in sort of a bad way but a cute possessive way which can turn deadly if not treat carefully.

And what better way for Nabila to have her revenge than to explore that side of him since it only get out of control if Layla is involved.

Layla strolled around the boutique having her mind somewhere else as she picked some few things.

Since she will be staying for only God knows when, she decided she can always come back for more.

It took her less than an hour to have all that she needs which is the first time she spend this little time shopping for clothe in like 10 years +

She always takes the entire day to shop for an entire season, once the season is gone, then she goes in for the next one. And when she need something or a dress for a special occasion, just one phone call away they will line it in her living room for her to make her choice.

She walked into her suite and for morethan 2 years now she couldn't be more grateful for the silence that comes with it.

The last time she traveled alone was before her marriage. Since she married Jawad, he always makes one excuse or the other to follow her to work in which ever country she is going.
