I was trying to ignore Miller during the summit. Yet, the more we talked with Madam Tsu, the heavier his aura became. That's why I decided to make an excuse to leave the room. I have never seen him breakdown, 'yung tipo ng breakdown na naubos na talaga ang battery niya para makipag-socialize. I have no idea what he will become, but I definitely don't want to see it.

"Where's your next appointment?" Miller asked me as he sighed.

He sounds so tired and done with all that socializing. He even looks scary when entering the elevator. To me, Miller seems to be preparing himself into a fight.

I know Miller is not the extrovert type of person. He has a limited time around people he barely knows and what's more to strangers. I already know that he was close to his limit.

"Appointment? No, sweetie. I no longer have an appointment."

"But you said you ha– oh, so that was a lie. Uh, are you tired? Do you feel hurt somewhere?"

I'm definitely not tired yet. "No. I decided to go home because I can feel you are reaching your socialization limit. Anyway, it's not only about me." I touched his cheeks as I looked at his eyes. He sure seems depleted with all the people around him.

"No, I'm not but... well kind of. But I'm fine since I'm also done with dealing with those old women."

"Miller, are you okay?"

"Yes I am."

For a second, his eyes brightened again.

"Because for me, you still seem mad." Right. I still can see the fire in his eyes. And it's not the same kind of fire that I wanna see in bed, but it's the fire of jealousy and anxiousness.

He must be wondering what I am referring to.

I turned over my shoulder to call him when he was already walking towards me.

Hindi ko alam kung saan sya galit. Even if he said he's okay, I can feel it by the way he walks and his jawline is tense. He is preventing himself from feeling something.

It's a bar after all where people go to drink and talk. I wonder if he'll be able to talk to them without wanting to leave the conversation.

Should I hire more staff for him?

Hays. Right. Miller is the owner, not me. That's up to him to decide. I guess I have to trust his past job in the host club where he also needed to talk to various ladies who were complete strangers to him.

He doesn't have any disorder or anything severe, it's just his personality.

It took awhile before Miller could respond. I don't know but he seems to be assessing himself.

"I... I don't think I am mad. Siguro ay ito 'yung naiwang tensyon dahil sinusubukan kong makisama kanina sa iba without, you know, blowing up." He stepped closer to me and asked, "Do I really look stern?"

I giggled. He knows what he's doing. He is very aware of himself.

"No, darling. You look handsome," I assured him as I kissed his cheeks.

Sasakyan niya ang gagamitin namin. I have the company driver to take care of my car while this guy prefers to ride by himself. So, if we want some privacy his car is the best choice for that.
