Alexander's POV:
"What the fuck Alex!?" Spencer complains, getting out of the car immediately as I park. "Shut the fuck up! It was a huge fucking pothole! There was no way around it!" I yell at him. "Both of you shut up!" Bellamy snaps at both of us, before talking quietly with Reid. "You would've fucking hit the pothole too." I scoff at him, but he shoves me. "Hey! I said knock it off, go inside, we'll be in a minute. Just gotta make sure the cars okay." Bellamy says. "So you're a mechanic now?" Spencer laughs. I grab his arm and drag him inside before he can say anything else.
As soon as walk inside, I'm tackled into a hug with Spencer. "Cara let go!" He groans. "Absolutely not! I haven't seen you in forever!" She says, squeezing us tighter. "You literally just visited last summer." I say squirming out of her hold. "Shush! Don't ruin this." She says yanking me back into the hug. I roll my eyes and finally get out of her hold. "For a track girl, you're unbelievably strong." I say, earning a flick to the forehead. "I'm a gym girlie now. I'm probably stronger than you." She teases. "Fuck you." I laugh.
"My friends are almost here, they'll be here soon, but where are the rest of the Parker quads?" She asks. "First of all Cara, don't call us that." Spencer responds laughing. "And second of all, does it even matter since the only the best Parker is right in front of you?" He says as I roll my eyes. I fucking knew that's what he was gonna say. "Actually the better Parker just walked in." She says cheekily. "You're literally supposed to be my friend!" Spencer complains as Reid joins us.
Bellamy's POV:
As soon as we go over the fucking pothole, I reach back towards Spencer and Reid. I knew it was coming, but it wasn't this bad last time I was here. Spencer starts swearing, every word in the book comes out of his mouth. Alex repeatedly apologizes, and Reid grips my hand, shakily. "Park. It's fine, just park." I say to Alex. He nods and pulls into the first spot he sees, and thankfully, the parking lot is still pretty empty.
Spencer basically jumps out as soon as the car stops, and Alex rips himself out right after. I get out after him, and go to open Reid's door, he slips out with my help. Dumb and dumber are yelling behind us, so I tell them to head in. I let Reid take a few minutes before I ask him if he's okay. "Would you really know if somethings wrong with the car?" He laughs shakily, trying to calm himself down. "Nah, I don't know crap about cars, Nicky's my mechanic." I laugh. "Can I call Hunter?" He asks me, and I nod giving him my phone because he clearly didn't bring his.
"B? Everything okay?" Hunter answers the phone on the second ring. I listen closely so I can hear what Hunters saying too. "Hi, it's me. Everything's okay." Reid says to him. "You sure bub? I know you're with Bellamy, but if you want to come home, I can come get you, or he can drive you." He asks. "I'm okay. I just wanted to call." Reid says. "Alright, well have fun tonight okay?" Hunter says. "I will, I love you. Bye." Reid says finishing up.
"Alright little man, let's head in before those two idiots try to come find us." I say swinging my arm around him. "Listen, I'm gonna be in theatre 3, seat G9. It's a horror, so if you do need me, you can get an attendant to come grab me okay?" I say and he nods. "And tell those two where I am just in case they need me too. Now go have fun." I say, nudging him towards the group of friends that are with Alex and Spencer.
I call Hunter back to explain as soon as Reid leaves me. "What happened?" He says immediately answering. "Pothole." I sigh. "They're fine though, he went over it slowly, but it was big." I explain. "I guess that explains the apology texts from Alex, and the "Alex can't drive" texts from Spencer." He says. "Idiots, they're fine, I told them where I'd be, and they're going into the theatre now." I say. "Alright, call me if any of you need anything okay?" He says, before we hang up.
Spencer's POV:
"Reid you remember Cara right?" I say as Reid walks up to us. He waves at her, but turns his focus to Alex and I. "Bellamy says he's in theatre 3 seat G9." He tells us. "Got it, now Cara, you remember her?" I ask again because he ignored me the first time. "From track." He says nodding. Good. "It's good to see you again Reid, your hair is as curly as ever I see." Cara says. "We should head in. We can get snacks once we're settled." I say because Reid has apparently forgotten how to speak right now. Plus if we go sit before her friends meet us, Alex and I can make sure to sit beside them.
"Sit beside Cara and Alex." I whisper to Reid, he frowns but nods. "What are we seeing?" He asks. "Some romance movie? I don't know, but it's not scary okay?" I say. "Okay. Can we get extra butter on the popcorn?" He asks and I roll my eyes. "Obviously, there's no other way to get it." I say, swinging my arm around his neck. "Now come on." I say. "Let's go watch the most boring and stupid movie ever." I sigh. Last time I let someone else pick the movie.
We sit down, leaving gaps between us, for Cara's friends. She rolls her eyes at me but smiles. "She's definitely your type, I bet you won't even have to try." She laughs. "Don't inflate his ego anymore, he's definitely going to need to try." Alex chimes in. I give him the finger as her friends walk in.
Halfway through the movie, popcorn is the last thing on my mind, yet as this girl is kissing my neck, all I can feel is fucking popcorn hitting the back of my head. "What the fuck!" I turn around to yell at whoever's throwing shit at me. "What the hell are you doing here!" I whisper to Sean and Finn seeing them as the culprits.
"What do you mean? We work here?" Sean says sarcastically. "Not tonight you don't." I say back. "Picked up a shift, not all of us can be trust fund babies." Sean says dramatically. "You quite literally are a trust fund baby." I deadpan. "Actually I'll be a trust fund 25 year old, today, I am little broke ass bitch." He says. "Anyways, since you seem a little busy, we just wanted to let you know Reid left to sit out front, and Alex went with him, those 2 girls followed too." Sean says.
I turn my head to see empty seats next to me. Shit. I turn back to the girl as Sean and Finn leave us, and she's already looking at me. "They left about 15 minutes ago, I thought you noticed." She says with a small smile. "We can go join them? The movie kinda sucks anyways." She says. She doesn't wait for me to answer and stands up to leave. We see them in the little arcade playing on the pinball machine and I sigh in relief without even realizing it. "You're sweet for caring about your brothers this much." She says to me, kissing my cheek and leaving me to join them. Yeah, being sweet wasn't what I was going for. That's Noah's job.
Okay, short chapter because I wanted to hurry up and get back to Noah lmao, i actually finished this chapter yesterday, but didn't wanna post on April fools day so I waited until after midnight lol so happy april 2nd guys also if anything seems off in this chapter it's cause i changed POVs after writing it and then went through to change the wording afterwards and now we're here lol
