"Stay.." Yoongi pleaded you, rubbing your shoulder as he kissed your forehead.

"You know I'd do anything to be with you but you know I can't stay." You said, sitting up. You found your undergaments and slipped them on you quickly, "They're probably looking for me right now."

"When will we see each other again?" Yoongi stood behind you, watching you fix your make up.

You put the hairbrush down and faced him, "I don't know.."

Yoongi followed a tear rolling down your cheek, wiping it away easily as he pulled you in an embrace, "I'm willing to wait. I love you, y/n. No matter what the circumstances are, I'll always love you. Always."

"I love you too. Always."

"You've chosen wisely, darling." Your mother wrapped you in an embrace, brushing your locks softly with her hand. Her voice was soothing but it didn't help with the pain you were feeling. "Marrying Jimin was the right thing to do. You've made your father and I very happy, y/n."

You stared at your reflection, staring back at you was an empty, soulless doll. She was pretty, breathtaking even, but she was lifeless. You didn't love Jimin, but you knew saying 'I don't love him' wouldn't make a difference either way. You're going to have to learn to reciprocate because that's what you're expected to do. That's what an heiress would do.

"Y/N?" Jimin's eyes was on you. You've been the closest of friends for a long time but he has never felt this way towards you. Maybe it was the way you looked today, you had that after glow beauty from the wedding. Jimin has known you ever since you could remember but suddenly, he felt different towards you. He began to feel uneasy and he knew the reason of this sudden change.

Jimin has fallen in love with you.

"It's been a long day. I'm exhausted." You turned to him, forcing a smile on your face, "The days after this would probably be longer considering that we have to learn to live togther now.." A heavy sigh slipped from your lips.

Jimin only watched your timid figure. He knew that you'll never be happy with him, even if he gave you the world, he knew you won't ever love him back.

"I'm sorry." Jimin uttered and you froze. Apologizing was the last thing you thought Jimin would do and hearing those words escape from his lips broke you even more. "I couldn't say no to my father. You do understand why I did what I had to do, right?"

"It was never you're fault, Jimin." You sighed deeply, swallowing the tears back cause crying right now wouldn't make a difference anyway. "I miss him so much.. I wish I could've seen him for the last time."

You've got your feet in shackles and you can't ever escape. The sadness of losing your love was painfully eating away your whole being. It was like a slowly spreading disease, like cancer destroying every cell in your body. Symptoms began surfacing: you lose your appetite,  you can't seem to sleep well and the worst part is, you've lost the ability to feel happy. "Have you ever been in love, Jimin?"

"I.." Jimin looked into your sad, brown eyes, and he couldn't help but feel guilty for loving you.  He brought his gaze to the floor, to the wonderful hem of your wedding dress. It reminded him of your soft, lips. How your sinful lips tasted like heaven when you kissed him after saying your made up vows, "I, too, am in love with someone." Jimin said, "I know how it works. The pain, how it could make you feel heaven and hell at the same time, it can make you do things.. How it could make you realize that money is nothing but a piece of paper."

You stood up and hugged Jimin, his hands snaking around your waist. Jimin knew that it was a bad move but he had to take the opportunity, or else he would never get the chance again. "We all want to be loved." You said as you look in his eyes. "It's just that we were born in the wrong family."
