The blind dates weren't helping. In the end, you turned all the guys down. You told your friends to stop setting you up, making petty excuses like your personalities don't match or he talks too much, but the truth is you just didn't like any of them.

"Aren't you coming with us?" Your friend asked you when she noticed you already packing up to leave.

"Am I supposed to go somewhere with you today?" You make a puzzled look, tilting your head, trying to remember if you had any plans with her.

"Actually, I was getting to that.." She said and smiled, "My other friend invited me to a party tonight. She said I could bring anyone as long as they're single cause she knows a bunch of guys who are looking for dates if you know what I mean." She grinned at you.

"I think I'll pass on that offer." You laughed at her as she wiggled her eyebrows exaggeratedly, "I have already have plans tonight."

The surprised look on her face was priceless, "You have a date for Valentines?"

You scrunched your face up as if you were thinking hard, "Well, not a date, more like a tradition with my best friend and I have every year on Valentines day."

"A girl?" She gave you a look. You shook her head with a smile and she gasped. "Ohhh. I see." She flashed you a smirk.

"We're not like that! We've been friends for a long time so it's really just a tradition of ours." You tried convincing her but she still had that look on her face.

"No. I totally understand." She smiled to herself.

"I shouldn't have told you that. Now you're thinking that we're going to hook up tonight." You eyed her obvious grin, "Well, too bad, you are wrong at that because we are just friends."

"With benefits!" She slapped your butt when you were about to leave. You gasped and gave her another look. "Go get him tiger!"

You smile to yourself as you made your way out of the office. She's absolutely wrong. If only she knew who your best friend is then she'd know why it's simply not possible to hook up.

It took you an hour before you arrived at your apartment building. On normal days, it usually just took you twenty minutes but of course, it's Valentines day. The traffic was even worse. You entered your 6-digit passcode and the door chimed open. You found his shoes on the entryway. There was a noise coming from the kitchen.

"Jimin?" You went straight to the kitchen, finding him with a newly opened can of beer. "How did you know my passcode?"

"Easy. I guessed." Jimin shrugged his shoulders as he sent you a smile. "Your birthday." He added, gulping down from his can, "You always make me wait for you outside. Don't you think that's a bit too much?"

"It's not like I did it on purpose, Jimin. There was traffic on my way home." You shrugged his smirk off before noticing his get up. A black bag sitting on the counter beside it was a face mask, his sun glasses and his passport. You faced him again and questioned, "Where did you come from?"

"China."

"It's really different when you're a celebrity, huh." You commented as you pour yourself some water. "I wish I could go to places like you."

"There's nothing good with being an idol. It's just tiring. It's like a vacuum sucking all the energy out of you." Jimin grabbed the pack of beer you kept on the fridge and trudged along to your living room. "Hurry up and change. I wanna start the movie."
