DANGER REQUEST

"Y/n!"

You turn your head to the direction of her voice, your childhood bestfriend. She was waving at you with a huge grin on her face just like the old times. She pulled you in for a tight hug but broke away quickly when she realized that you're wearing a dress, "Oh my God. Look at you! You're so pretty in that little dress! I remember you hated wearing dresses ever when we were kids."

"Look at me? Look at you!!" You threw a questioning look at her. One look at her and anyone will immediately think that she's a model. Her fashion and the way she behaved was hugely influenced by the western culture, "You look deadly gorgeous in those heels."

She smiled and pulled you towards the table she reserved, "We have a lot to talk about. Should I start or would you like to start?"

"You go first." You sat down, across the table from her. Literally, a smile was plastered across your face. Your little reunion was something you've been waiting for since the start of summer break.

She closed her eyes and exhaled slowly, mimicking Sharpay Evans, from your favorite throwback movie series of all time, "Okay. Here I go. Y/n." She took your hand and pulled you close, "Who is that super good looking guy who's been staring at you for like the whole 10 minutes?"

You turn your head around slowly, scanning every table until your eyes landed on Taehyung who was sitting two tables away. "Oh, him?" You turn back to your bestfriend, her eyes filled with curiosity, "His name is Taehyung. He's from my class."

"That's all??" Your bestfriend gave you the you-sneaky-bitch look.

"Mhm. We're classmates. End of story." You smiled at her, grabbing the menu and scanning through it, "I want some chocolate truffle."

"Wait wait wait. You really don't find him attractive?" She asked you, eyes wide as if she was judging your soul.

You glance back at Taehyung again and met his eyes for a moment. "No, not really."

"What happened to you? Did you go blind when I went away to study abroad?" She exclaimed and you just chuckled.

Maybe there was something wrong with you. Everyone found Taehyung attractive. Even your guy classmates couldn't deny it. He could even be mistaken for a celebrity cause Taehyung is just that handsome.

But.

Like every rule in the book, there was always an exception. You.

Taehyung wasn't your type, well, you thought he wasn't. Your friends envied you because Taehyung only looked at you. He seemed to have taken a liking towards you. Ever since the new semester started, that day you stood up and recited your name in front of the whole class, Taehyung has always kept an eye on you. Wherever you go, he was always on your tail. You didn't mind him following you around though since he wasn't making trouble for you, so far.

"No, I've never talked to him." You said.

"Why?" Your bestfriend almost ripped her hair off her scalp, "He's giving you like only the most obvious signs!"

"He looks so, I don't know, dark? Like he has this aura around him." You described your perception of Taehyung.

"Well, I think he just don't know how to approach you."

On your way home, you followed your usual route. He was following you. You felt him even though he was way behind you. You stopped in front of your house and turned around.

"Are you following me?" You finally asked him and he lifted his head to look at you, pulling out one of his earphones.

"Pardon?" He replied coolly.
