Thirty One

"Hi Joshy!" Demi cooed as she opened the door seeing Willa stood there with her one year old son in her arms her soon to be husband not stood too far behind. Demi took Josh from Willa's arms when he reached out for her. She smiled as he hugged her letting the parents in shutting the door behind her. Emily had left not long ago having some work that needed grading, it was a never ending process. Demi sat down on the couch Willa and Colton sitting down too.

"How was the appointment?" Colton questioned sticking his hand out Josh taking hold of his finger. She had gotten to know Colton too over the past couple of months since she met Willa at the gym, it was nice for her to have some friends which she hadn't known her whole life and in which they didn't know embarrassing stories of her childhood.

"It was good." Demi grinned.

"Now that grin means there's something else going on." Willa stating the three of them laughing, Josh just looked between them a pacifier in his mouth.

"It's triplets." She revealed laughing as she saw their reaction, she couldn't wait to tell further people because people's reactions were funny to her.

"No way really?" Colton questioned Demi biting her lip nodding her head.

"So your carrying your best friend's triplets?" Willa questioned Demi nodding her head. "And your sure you don't feel anything for Joe anymore." Demi sighed shrugging her shoulders.

"Joe and I have been through a lot and most of our childhood I've had a crush on him, I think I still like him but I've just gotten so used to it now that it doesn't feel like much. He's an amazing guy but he's so in love with Emily, there's no way I could beat her." Demi answered.

"Your way better than she is Demi!" Colton exclaimed.

"Yeah you are Demi despite what you believe, if you and Joe were meant to be then it will happen but it's been a while. Maybe you should move on." Willa urged.

"I tried in Texas but that got me nowhere." Demi mumbled stroking the hair of Josh's head as the little boy played with his stuffed bunny.

"Do you us to set you up with someone?" Colton questioned but groaned along with Willa as she shook her head gently.

"Not when I'm pregnant, maybe when the triplets are born and I've gotten my figure back a little bit." They laughed but agreed, they would hold that against her knowing now she had promised that when she had given birth and she was up to it she would go on a date with somebody they set her up with. They just wanted her to be happy.

As soon as Dianna and Eddie got home that night Demi told them together that it was triplets, they tried to be happy for her but she could tell they were freaking out on the inside. She knew it was going to be tough especially towards the end of the pregnancy when the three babies were at their biggest but she thought she could do this.

"Do Joe and Emily want all three?" Eddie questioned.

"They haven't said they don't but that doesn't matter because I wouldn't let them split them up anyway." Demi shrugged her shoulders.

"The wedding is next month, are you sure you don't have any feelings for Joe?" Dianna inquired Demi sighing. Since her talk with Colton and Willa she had been thinking. She did still have feelings for Demi and he still had no clue. Demi rubbed her chest gently taking in a couple of deep breaths, she could feel it coming.

"Yeah but I don't really want to talk about it," Demi begun getting up. "Morning sickness is starting." She rushed off to the bathroom beginning to throw up into the toilet only just making it on time. She felt her father rub her back holding back her hair.
