Demi was concerned as she watched Elliot's chest rise up and down at a fast pace, it was clear he was struggling to breathe and with him being so hysterical. She rubbed his back gently as she sat him up, he was beginning to bring his milk back up Demi holding the cloth Joe used to burp the girls to catch what came out of his mouth.

Joe laid down on the bed next to Demi holding her in her arms as they watched their son be taken away to have some tests done. He was still hysterical and even more now that he was away from his parents, Demi sighed laying her head down on his chest her eyes on her sleeping daughters. They were oblivious on the fact their little brother was ill.

"I think he's allergic to cow's milk." Demi stated smiling as Joe kissed her head.

"Then he'll be fine, as long as you can breast feed him and we make sure he has his own bottle if you pump it. We'll get through this all five of us," Joe assured her kissing her cheek gently Demi smiling as she looked up at him. He leaned down kissing her gently Demi kissing back straight away the two of them smiling through the kiss before Joe pulled away again. "I'm sorry it took me so long." Demi shook her head gently kissing his lips.

"You don't have to be sorry for anything, you were with Emily for so long and I know how much you loved her so it was bound to take a while. I waited since I was a young teenager, half a year wasn't hard." Joe laughed kissing her again.

"Well I hope I live up to your expectations." Joe grinned Demi giggling as he held her tighter in his arms but not too tight, he knew she was still recovering from the c-section. Today had been so long, it seemed like yesterday Demi started to experience contractions but it was only early hours of this morning and it was now noon.

"It will be weird taking Evie and Elsie home without Elliot though then when he does come home we'll have to set another schedule." Demi complained.

"Soon enough everything will be back to normal and we'll have all three of our children home, don't worry about it." Joe answered.

"I just can't believe they are here, look at them. They are the most beautiful things I've laid eyes on." Demi expressed Joe smiling kissing her head gently as Demi slowly fell asleep in his arms knowing that her daughters were fed and asleep and then her son was in special care by the nurses.

Joe knew the family would want to know what was going on but he didn't want Demi to be disturbed so he picked up Evie and Elsie up in his arms who were now awake but content as they laid in their father's arms. He left the room heading down the hallway a smile on his face as other patients started smiling and congratulating him, they didn't know he had a son with the nurses. He thanked the woman who held the door open the smile staying on his face as he saw his family in the relatives room chatting but the conversation dropped when they saw him enter with two bundles of blankets in his arms awake but happy just laid there staring up at their father.

"Meet Evie and Elsie." Joe stated as they came over. He laid Evie down in Dianna's arms his mother taking Elsie from him.

"Where's Ellie?" Nick questioned.

"Change of plans Ellie is now Elliot, they read the scan wrong and we have a soon," Cheers filled the room but not too loud not wanting to disturb the two girls. "He's really small and needs to stay in here for a little bit, Demi thinks he has a milk allergy so he's with the nurses so they can run tests." He watched as everyone met his daughters for the first time. He took the opportunity to sit down relieved that everything was falling into place, that everything was okay. Even Elliot's allergy was being cared for and didn't seem too serious, he'd be back with them soon enough. He shut his eyes just for one second but he had fallen straight to sleep exhausted from the four or five hours.
