Rose's POV
"Why are you here?" Jimin leans towards me and speaks lowly in my ear.
"I'm here to pick up my parents." I answer.
"Oh." He leans back. "Right."
"Why are you two here?" I ask them.
Jimin looks back at Jungkook, who looked a bit worried and confused.
I stand there, dumbfounded.
"Taehyung had studying to do after school, so we offered to pick up his parents for him." Jimin says.
Jungkook stiffly nods. "Y-Yeah. He had a lot of work. Such a hardworking man, he is! Yes, he is- ow!"
Jimin nudged his arm.
I tilt my head. "Okay..."
"Well, you don't know how happy I am that you all know each other." Aunt Yumi puts her arm around my shoulder and Jimin's. "Makes the process much easier, doesn't it?"
"This will be good. Do you know Kim Taehyung?" Uncle Kim asks me while patting Jungkook's shoulder.
I smile. "Yes, I do! He's actually my bo-"
Jimin starts screaming crazily and Jungkook starts coughing right as I was about to reveal him as my boyfriend.
"Are you sick?" Aunt Yumi cups Jimin's face and checks him like he was a little baby.
Uncle Kim backs away from Jungkook in a discust. "Bro, this sweater is new."
Jimin pouts while Aunt Yumi squished his cheeks.
"How about we get dinner together?" My dad suggests, moving this awkward scene along.
Everyone cheers in agreement, leaving me, Jimin, and Jungkook completely lost and surrounded by weird adults.
I look to Jimin and Jungkook.
"What was that about?" I whisper.
"It was nothing, I thought I saw a bee." Jimin answers.
"Oh."

Jimin's POV
"Taehyung." I whisper into my phone.
I check over my shoulder to make sure no one was paying attention me. Thankfully they're not because I look really suspicious right now.
"Taehyung!" I repeat a bit louder.
"I'm here, I'm here, I'm here." Taehyung's voice causes my phone to vibrate. I back away from the weird feeling on my ear.
"Everything alright over there?" Taehyung's mother asks from the table.
I give her a thumbs up and turn back to the phone.
"Not too loud, bro, the whole group is here. Rose, HER parents, Jungkook, YOUR parents. What took you so long?"
"What!? Rose?! Parents!?! Were they-"
"Dude, I couldn't believe it either. I don't know if I should be happy or not..."
"What are the chances?"
"I don't know!"
"I should be happy about that."
"She almost mentioned your relationship too."
It was quiet on the other side.
"What did you do?" His voice was low.
"I-I screamed."
